Unwanted - Danielle and Stefania ON HOLD

it had been a week and not too much had happened for Izzie, she went back to work and was doing ok but Danielle on the other hand was stressed out of her mind

"relax D" Jaina says, her and jay watching her pace the trailer

"I did it, all I've got to do is sign a piece of paper and its final"

"I know, it's like the 100th time you've said it," jay says

"because it's crazy, I will be her legal guardian. by law! that also means I have to ask her"

"and we've already decided how that's happening so you don't have to stress about that"

"what if she freaks out and thinks it's weird?"

"didn't you say she said she'd stay with you if it wasn't for the legal side of things?" Jaina asks,

"Yeah but still! we all say nice things to people that we don't mean"

"have you ever met Izzie? last week, I asked everyone if they liked what I was wearing and everyone was saying they loved it and it was gorgeous but what did Izzie do? she looked me dead in the eyes and told me to change because I looked homeless"

"you did look quite homeless" jay cringes

"I know! but none of you said that except Izzie, she has no filter, she says what she's thinking"

"she might have changed" Danielle argues

"Just yesterday she walked up to me randomly, asked if I was gay, and then walked away," jay says

"so maybe she hasn't changed," Danielle says

"Are we ready to go?" Stefania asks, coming into the trailer with Izzie who notices Danielle panicking 

"Woah, calm down, you look like someone threatened to kill you," Izzie says to Dani

"I'm fine"

"sure," she says, rolling her eyes playfully

"ok, let's go!" Jaina says

they all make their way to where it was being held, it was just a big hall with food and music but it was tradition to do it so it was more about that than the actual party. 

"so, season 6!" Shonda says from the stage at the front 

"we're catching up to greys!" Barrett says, Shonda, giving a big speech that people were sort of nodding along to  "Ok, now Danielle is going to do something really quick" Barrett says, "Izzie, get up here for a second"

"Oh god, put the weird one on a stage why don't you," Izzie says, everyone laughing, "I'm here, give me a second, my lungs are sort of giving up... ok, I'm good, carry on"

"Well, you know how I said I was going to foster someone?"

"Oh yeah, did you do it?" she said excitedly, completely oblivious as everyone else was catching on

"Mhm, I did it"

"Yay, how old are they"

"she's 15"

"Really? She's going to be so happy, no one ever picks the teenagers, what's her name?" she asks, everyone just smiling at her, Danielle included

"Her names Isabella, otherwise known as Izzie" Danielle smiles, Izzie's face softening

"Really?" she asks quietly

"If you want to," she says, Izzie just wrapping her arms around her, her head on her chest, "oh don't cry, you're going to make me cry"
