Your little girl finally was out. It's been a tough one with her the past few nights. You and your husband, Chris thought she was going to be in the middle of teething. Since she is about eleven months by now.
You finally went into the shared bedroom with Chris. Chris was just checking out his emails before going to bed. Before you went to the bathroom to do your skincare routine and brush your teeth. You sighed as you kissed your husband.
"Is she out?"
He asked and you replied with yes. Chris saw you having heavy eye bags. Having an eleven month old with your sass was not an easy challenge. That was for sure.
It was the middle of the night you and your husband for three years were sleeping peacefully, you sleeping on his chest as per usual.
Then outta no where you two heard your infant's screams and cries.
You tried to get up but Chris stopped you.
"I'll grab our little princess, love. You just stay there and get some good sleep."
Chris said since he knew you were so tired from the past week since you just gave birth to her.
"Okay, baby."
You said sleepily, and you let your eyelids flutter back closed. Chris only chuckled and gave you a forehead kiss.
As he walked into the nursery, and saw you guys' bundle of joy finishing up her crying since she saw her dadda.
"Hi princess, did you have a bad dream?"
Chris asks as he picks up y'all's baby girl, and he starts rocking her back and fourth so she can go back to sleep like normally.
As she falls asleep, Chris gently puts y'all's little princess back in the cute little crib you guys put together.
Chris tiptoed back into you two's shared bedroom and got under the covers and fell back asleep with you.
