The Letter

Mars began to read off the letter, a sad look in his eyes, for once his eyes held something other then anger.
Dear Mars,
I'm sorry I had to leave so soon, as you know if your reading this, I'm probably already gone. Me, and [Y/f/n] sincerely apologize for having to leave. We planned this after [Name]'s birth as I have developed a Cancer. I thought beating it would be easy, but as time passed it spread throughout my body. My lovely Mars, there are so many things I regret-
Mars took a deep breath in, and shakily folded the paper, putting it in his pocket. The paper was not torn, so there had to be more to it. What did my Mom mean by 'my lovely mars' what if mom used to love Mars? No that's impossible....right? Many questions arise inside my head, but it was all cut short when Mars cleared his throat. My heart stopped, and I slowly turned to Mars, who was glaring intensely into my soul "What are you doing here!?" I tried to come up with a reason, but nothing came out. So many emotions picked at me, leaving me with many thoughts.
Mars walked away, but before he went too far he hesitated "There are many things you don't know, [Name]. Keep it like that..." I continued to stare where Mars recently was. In the midst of everything, one thing was clear.
I need to read the rest of the letter...
Something tapped my shoulder, and I turned around, Pluto floated not too far behind me "You alright [Name]?" I nodded, and Pluto looked at Mars's orbit. Concern flashed through his eyes, and he picked me up effortlessly "What are you doing at Mars's orbit!? He's dangerous!" Pluto looked me over, and sighed "Your not okay, [Name], you look really pale." I shifted onto my feet "No I'm okay, thanks Pluto. I just have alot on my mind." he looks at me curiously, and was going to ask something, but Earth popped up behind us. I turned to Earth, and Pluto looked exasperated "Yes, Earth, I found [Name]." a huge sigh escaped Earth, as he rushed over taking me from Pluto.
Pluto looked a bit offended, but just floated away. I watched Pluto disappear into the asteroid belt. Earth hugged me close to him "I was really worried, don't dissapear like that ever again." my heart broke a bit in pain. Earth reminded me so much of my parents, who are dead. Trying to get over my parents death still seems like a lie. Like, wating to wake up from this nightmare. My Mom cooking breakfast, and my Dad reading a newspaper, both if them smiling at me. Going off to work, and coming home getting greeted by their sweet smiles again.
Tears slipped, and I sat down. Was this all just a dream? What if when I blacked out on the ladder, I fell off, and now I'm in a coma. Earth put a comforting hand on my back, and Moon popped out behind Earth. Moon hugged me, and rubbed my back. Is space my home now? Will I ever get back to Earth? Everything I ever knew is gone now. My eyelids began to grow heavy, and I leaned on Moon. Earth smiled, and Moon picked me up. My heartbeat slowed, and I soon fell asleep.
