I'm Fine

Yachi was a really close friend of yours, She introduced you to the team and even became the 2nd manager when kiyoko left, Even introduced you to Tsukishima and Yamaguchi which made you 4 become best friends. You were now a 3rd year so as the other 3 and was talking about your plans for the future. Actually for the past two years you're feelings for Tsuki  grew stronger, you wanted to confess to him but you were afraid, afraid maybe he might reject you or worse he will unfriend you, but there is sometime where you think there's nothing wrong to try. But of course you didn't, didn't want to let your stupid feelings get in the way of your relationship that might destroy your friendship, your thoughts were stop when you felt a hand grab your arm.
"Y/n, why not put your thoughts aside and focus on walking first, you might damage your face even more because your clumsiness" Kei says while he smirked at you making you feel annoyed by him, "why do I even like you" you asked your self making sure that he doesn't hear it, he was about to ask you to repeat what you said when suddenly yachi called out to you guys to hurry up "Coming you replied while running towards her.

Yachi knew your feelings for Tsukki and even helped you to be close to him, You're really thankful to have a friend like her.

"Y/n, if you do not tell, I will tell him. You know he might like other girls..." What Yachi said was true but you're still afraid "But what if-" she cuts you off and replied "But what if he likes you back, nothing will hurt if you try" with those words a small spark of hope ignites inside you and motivated you to confess to him "Yea maybe he does"

With that Yachi was so happy and you guys planned your confession for a whole week and even practiced saying 'I like you so much Kei' in front of a mirror, it was all really perfect and for sure nothing will go wrong, lets just hope he says yes and not get this plan go to waste......

"What is it that you have to tell me Y/n?" Kei asked cause you were just standing infront of him blushing like crazy.

You took a deep breath and finally muttered those words that have been bottled up, you were so nervous and excited on what his response will be, you were imagining what will happen if he says yes and never thought of what will happen if he says no, you were caught up of you're thoughts tat when he said no, you thought of it as a yes replaying what he said again and again and again, and finally understood what he said, you're excited face soon turned into a face of despair. Why? Just why when you thought he liked you, you were wrong. You wanted to cry but you prevented it from falling...

"Oh" was the only thing you said "im sorry Y/n, but I like somebody" those words shattered your heart even more "its fine Kei , Lets just forget this happened... But were still friends right?" You asked him and he answered yes, that relieved you and soon bid you're goodbye.

Once you arrived at home you hurriedly went to your bed and that's when all your tears started to fall, what you did was really dumb, you assumed that he likes you when he already liked somebody else.

What Yachi said was wrong.. but also true... True that he liked another girl and wrong that ' nothing will hurt if you try'. But you never hated her, infact you're even thankful for her that now you know Kei doesn't like you and now you can move on from him. Even though you were hurt it didn't prevent you from going to school it was already the end of the school year and you will miss out a lot of stuffs.

Kei really did forget what happened and pretended like nothing happened at all, Although it's kind of awkward to leave the two of us alone. You're feelings for him never faded away thinking that maybe someday he'll like you back.

You were walking back to the gym to announce that there will be a new manager to replace you when you leave. The meeting was fast and surprisingly it ended early. You were now packing your stuff to go home as you were walking to the exit you saw Yachi and Kei Talking to each other you thought it was nothing but then something made you stop and, Kei was confessing to  Yachi how much he likes her, this made your heart dropped The thought of your best friend liking your crush really did. You left silently but the way the door made a sound while opening it, made the 2 people look at you....

"Y/n did you he-" before she could ask you, you answered immediately "its fine Yachi...Im fine" well obviously you heard it but saying you're fine even if you're not hurts even more. You look back at them again and smiled then left the gym.

"Its fine... Im fine"
"Im totally fine" You repeatedly said to yourself but then you stopped walking when you felt a tear drip on your face, it hurt you alot.....
Thats when the tear turned into a river full of sorrow......

"Im not fine..."
