GD and the Surprise

"And, cut! Good job, Girls. Pack up na tayo."

The director's voice echoed all over the place.

The day's done. I got up from where I was sitted and help Minzy went down from the ramp.

"Aw! I think I broke my back." She groaned as we're walking towards Unnie Dara. She's smiling at us while the girl beside her, Bom, is kinda busy with her phone. Calling her boyfriend, maybe. The secret lovebirds.

Yeah, right. Atleast they're real not like yours Chaerin. Fake na nga, unrequited pa. Double kill.

"You guys are stunning back there!," She pointed out the scaffold na tinuntungan namin kanina. We're having our photoshoot for Elle.

"Hinde ba nakakatakot don?" She added while handing me a bottle of water, then Minzy. Yung muka niya nag fro-frowned sa sight nung scaff. Unnie's such a cutie.

"Thanks.. Nope. Ayos naman kaya lang minsan umaalog kaya medyo napapa gasp kami." Hinde talaga birong mag pose don. Takot ko lang mahulog pero mas nakakatakot parin mahulog sa taong hindi ka gusto. Awww

"Girls.. who's up for a group dinner?" Uneasy si Bom nang lingunin namin. She is blushing.

Group dinner.

"Sinong nagyaya?" Minzy teased. Nakatingin lang kaming tatlo sa Human Doll namin. We already have someone on our minds but we want a confirmation from her.

"Mmm.. Its Under.." She answered shyly.

Nagkatawanan kami. Thats the baddest nickname I had ever heard. Under for TOP. This couple is crazy!

Kung gusto nilang magkitang dalawa better to pull it off as a group dinner. Less complicated at higit sa lahat hinde kahina-hinala. 2ne1 and Bigbang group dinner. Not bad. Wait, did I just said, 2ne1xBigbang dinner?

I was trying to call him the nth time but he couldn't be reached. Napasimangot ako.

"Trying to call someone?" TOP tapped the table para kunin ang atensiyon ko and sat beside me. Nasa resto na kami at kasalukuyang umu-order yung mga kasamahan namin.

"Uh, yeah. I was trying to check if nasa bahay na ba yong binili kong painting." Pagsisinungaling ko.

"Its not Jiyoung then?"

Nagtalo yung utak at konsensiya ko.

Say 'yes', Chaerin. Honesty is the best policy. My freakin conscience is screaming!

Come on, b*tch! Tanga ka ba? Admit it and before you know it you're dead. Dead meat! Goes my demented brain.

"No. Of course not. Why on earth am I gonna call him anyway?" Demented brain won. Nanigas ng husto yung muka ko. Hinde ko nga mapilit na ngumiti.

"Really? Sabi niya kasi he'll meeting you for a dinner tonight kaya nga kinansel niya yong recording namin ngayon. He even turned down my invitation for this group dinner."

I automatically dialled his digits and called him once more.

That jerk. Bakit hinde nalang siya sumama sa group dinner nato? Magkikita din naman kami dito.

But then again I failed to contact him. Pawang answering machine lang yung sumasagot sakin.

"Hey, can you do me a favor?" I turned at TOP.

I couldn't believe I can actually drive as fast as this. Halos lumipad natong gallardo ni TOP. Damn that dumb, Jiyoung!

I pull off the car at the resto's entrance--not on the parking area-- and throw the keys at the attending vallet.

"Take  care of---." Pero bago paman ako makapasok hinarang ako ng isa sa mga personal na kaibigan ni Jiyoung. Why is he even here?

"Drake," I smiled after recognizing him. Drake was his english name. Totally forgot about the korean one.

"Hey, Chae." He nervously extended his hands towards me for a handshake. This guy is weird. I gladly reach for his hand.

"Is Jiyoung in?." I asked saba'y silip sa taas.

"Uh, well.. He's.. Uhm.." Hinde siya magkandatuto sa pasagot kaya parang na weirdohan ako. He should have just answer it with 'Yes' or 'No'. Simple as that.

"Tabi. Papasok ako." I said but he didn't move. If this is a kind of surprise or such the likes, people doesn't need to make this as serious as this. Imbes na ma surprise, pakiramdam ko pinagkakaisahan ako ng mga tao.

"Move in or I will kill you!." I exclaimed. Habang nagtatagal ako rito sa labas nag-iinit ulo ko. He helplessly move in and let me pass.

I ran for the stairs. Simply, ignoring those eyes caught about by my rush.

Pero bago ko paman marating ang tuktok ng hagdanan, na surpesa nako.
