TW: Yelling/Uncensored Swears/Anger

It was a warm autumnal evening, a good day. How could it have gone so wrong . . .

"Hey... Look, Goh... I'm sorry it's so late, I got carried away-" Ash guiltily mumbled.

"LATE!? Ash, it's 11 at night!? You were supposed to be back before we ate dinner!" Goh angrily shouted.

"Look I-"

"No. I don't want to hear any of your excuses, I've been waiting for you for HOURS."

"You could've been hurt- I wouldn't have known..." Goh spoke sharply.

"I'M SORRY, OKAY GOH! Maybe I would have come home earlier if YOU had answered my calls!"

"WELL, MAYBE I DIDN'T ANSWER THEM BECAUSE YOU ARE SUCH A CRAPPY FRIEND. . I WISH WE NEVER MET!", Goh cried out with tears forming in his eyes, as he looked away.

"..."

The silence in the room was deafening.

"Ash-"

"No. I'm leaving."

"But you just got home-"

And with that Ash quickly walked away seething with anger, sadness, and many more conflicted emotions.

He promptly grabbed a backpack and shoved all of his essentials into it. His vision was blurry with tears as he pushed past an aggressively questioning Goh and ran out the door.

He ran all the way out past their shared apartment and into the city to catch a taxi, once there, he heaved over from exhaustion after running all that way. He finally caught a taxi, climbed in, and abysmally rested in the back seat.

As the blurry window started to fog up and rain started to heavily pelt the ground, the city blurred past him, and tears stung inside of his eyes.
