Alive

CHEONGSAN POV

Fire.

I feel it. I see it. I taste it. 

I attempt to open my eyes and am only met with a sharp pain in one of them.

I look around anyways and see tons of horrifying corpses around me, covered in dust. Then everything comes rushing back to me. The zombies. Onjo.

Shit!

I left her and she's gone by now. The rest probably are. I reach up to push a body next to me to the side, in search of something precious to me, and push the zombie away with so much force that he slams into the wall behind him. Force I never meant to inflict.

What's happening to me?

My veins feel like they're about to pop out of my skin and my head is throbbing in pain from the ringing in my ears. 

Cheongsan-ah, eat. 

I Know you're hungry.

A little bite won't hurt.

"Who is it?" I respond to the voices, only to be answered with my same echo.

Crack. Crack.

My fingers pop forward and I heave breath, completely terrified of myself and look up, only to see that I'm stuck in a big hole with high walls.

I need to get out of here first.

"I've discovered some things about me" I say to the recording camera in front of me, "First, I'm like Namra. I'm a 'hambie' as Daesu would say"

I continue, "Zombies don't care about me. The-They don't even acknowledge me..."

"And lastly, my left eye is gone, so as you can see..." I say, pointing to the cloth wrapped over my eye, "... this is what I'm left with"

I shut the camera and ruffle my hair, praying to whomever, that I can somehow satisfy my hunger in a humane way...

"I need to head to Yangdong through the mountains like we planned and go from there" I whisper to myself, slightly stirred by the fact that I can now walk anywhere without worry.

I head outside and see... destruction. What happened? It's even hard to breath with all the dust in the air-

"AH!" I scream, shocked by the zombie bumping into my shoulder and simply walking by.

That scared the shit out of me.

I smell something. Something that smells very good. What could this be?

 I run as fast as I can toward the scent, running though alleys and alleys before I finally bump into something, causing both of us to be knocked down.

"Lee Cheongsan? Y-You're alive?!"

I open my eye, "Nam Ra!"

Hey guys! Thanks for giving this a shot! It's gonna be really short, maybe 4-5 chapters long, since honestly, I'm just here for the reunion between Cheongsan and everyone.

I wasn't satisfied with the ending (as Cheongsan and Wujin are literally my favorite characters-) so I just decided to write how I wanted the series to end!
