GARMADON'S POV

Wu and I are having tea in the bridge when the ninja burst in, Kai and Zane apparently having a private conversation in the back of the group.

"I see you are up bright and early, ninja. Is something troubling Kai and Zane?" my brother asked.

"Yes, Sensei, there is. But it's mainly Zane that's troubled." Jay answered.

"He is right,Sensei. I fear I may have had a vision of a future event last night," Zane agreed

LLOYD'S POV

My father and uncle are surprised to see us burst into the bridge. I wouldn't blame them, though. I would be too.

"Don't keep us in suspense, Zane. Tell us what you saw," Nya encouraged. He opened his mouth, then stopped. He unlatched the door on his chest and flipped on his memory switch. It looked like he couldn't remember.

"OK. Here it goes. I was standing in the garden in central Ninjago City. I had begun to return to the monastery in order to bring everyone outside to view the sunset. Before I got back, however, i was swallowed up in a dark cloud. I tried to call out for help, but my cry was muffled. I felt like i was falling into nothing. That's when I woke up on the floor." He flipped off his memory switch and closed up his compartment.

SENSEI WU'S POV

Zane's dream has me quite upset. I set down my teacup, pondering his dream and trying to interpret what it meant. Finally, I had an idea to its meaning, and walked over to Zane, placing my hands on his shoulders.

"Zane," I begin," the only thing I can tell you is something dark and fatal is going to happen to you. I have no comprehension of what it is, but we will doeverything in our capability to stop it."

He nods, backing away into their bedroom. I hear the door shut, almost as silent as a mouse.

"But Sensei Wu, what can we do to ensure Zane's safety?" Pixal inquired.

"I haven't any idea, Pixal, but for now we must all keep a close eye on Zane," I replied.
