"do you like him a lot?" heeseung whispers. you stayed quiet and just nodded your head. "i like him a lot.." you said back looking down at your feet not wanting to make eye contact with hee. "sorry.." you continued and heard a sigh leave his mouth. "it's okay y/n it's not like i can change your feelings" he says forcing a smile. "i-i hope sunghoon treats you well and i wish you both the .." he stops. "the best." he continues out. you look up a bit at heeseung and see he's staring at the ground as well. you walked over to heeseung and hugged him gently. "you're still my best friend right?" you mumbled into his chest. he placed his hand on your back caressing it slowly. he nodded his head and a small chuckle. "of course." he says as he takes both of his arms and wraps them around you securely. you sigh in relief and look at heeseung. all though secretly his heart was breaking that his best friend didn't share the same feelings as he did.
