Fazbear entertainment was a type of company that was known for cutting corners when it came to their animatronics and was something you had picked up very early on into your job as a mechanic and caretaker for the animatronics hidden underneath the ground. At first, the animatronics had posed a significant threat to your wellbeing, but as time went on and you grew used to their antics that they did together as a group, you had figured that the animatronics had grown bored of trying to hunt you down.

Yes, bored. You had remembered being freaked out the moment you had put two and two together and realised that these animatronics had been programmed to have their own personalities, especially after hours when they were just meant to be on standby, but eventually, you had grown used to the fact that they were able to talk back to you through the glass that separated you from their auditoriums.

It probably aided you in your endeavours as a caretaker that you had stopped administering electric shocks whenever they had begun misbehaving in general, saving it for cases in which you felt extremely unsafe. Sure, they still freaked you out from how lifelike they were, especially with their own personalities and interests that they nagged you about again and again to bring things down for them to play with, but that would have to be saved for another day when management would finally respond to your requests.

However, with personalities came to another issue; they had their own free will and thought, and when they had their own free will and thought, they were unpredictable in what they wanted to do, so when the lights of the controls were turned off and the monitors that usually had pictures of the animatronics were reduced to nothing but static the moment you had crawled through the vents to get inside, you knew that something had happened in the hours that you had been gone.

"You have to be shitting me..." the power was already to beginning to flicker and waver, the emergency light overhead threatening to give out at any moment as you rushed over to the tablet on the other side of the room, ignoring the tapping from Foxy's window as you pulled up the error log, flicking through the error messages from the last two hours to read the exact same thing; power system error, manual reboot required. Letting out a gentle curse as you almost slammed the tablet down harder than you would normally, your hands gripped the edges of the table hard, your knuckles turning white as you stared down at the log.

"I'm going to fucking kill him." Now, while Ballora, Foxy and even Baby had never caused too much trouble for you after you had become somewhat friends with the freakishly clever AI, Freddy had always remained a pain in your ass since day one, a menace in highly advanced technological metal that always seemed to laugh whenever you had to enter his domain in which served as both his charging station and the breaker room, a place where you knew you'd have to go in order to turn back on the power.

Without power, the animatronics wouldn't be able to charge, without power, you were sure you wouldn't be able to make it out of the facility once your shift was over, without power, you were practically stuck in the facility until you faced Freddy who you didn't even doubt for one second hadn't turned the power system off himself. Running a hand down your face, the nearby sound of jumping and the table shuddering caused for you to peek through your fingers, peering down at the purple hand puppet that had made his presence known to you, the pink eyes of the smaller animatronic staring directly into your soul for a moment before it waved.

"Hello, caretaker!" Bonbon said in his ever so chipper voice, letting out a giggle as you picked him up with one hand, "Freddy sent me to come and get you once you arrived, we're going to have so much fun today!"

'I wish I could reprogram your voice' you couldn't help but think, sighing as you let the hand puppet animatronic sit on your shoulder, feeling as he gripped onto the shirt with his paws as you began to move around the room, deciding to quickly do the things you needed to do prior to visiting the breaker room.
