Chapter 6: Tanner

        People are going to arrive to my house soon. Bing! Laila texted me again!

        Laila: Hey, where ur house anyways?

        Tanner: It is 1413 Jaspar Lane. It's on the Hollywood Hills. Srry for not tellin u that b4. My bad.

        Laila: It's totally fine. C u soon. Me and Haylie r gunna be there in 4.

        Tanner: Ok, bye:)

        Laila: :)

        I can't wait to ask Laila out tonight. But at the same time I'm nervous too. Josh, Allie, Ryan, and Jenette just came. Josh and Ryan are both wearing a surfing shirt with swim trunks but Josh's is green and Ryan's is red. Allie and Jenette on the other hand are wearing totally different things. Allie is wearing a pink, long, hawaiian dress with flowers on it with yellow flip flops and a pink hair flower in her hair. I know what all this stuff is because I have 2 sisters, well, I have only one sister but Bree's friend is at my house so much she might as well be my sister. Bree's friend is Kaylee. They are so annoying to have around the house. Anyways, when is Laila going to get here? I decide to ask her.

        Tanner: When u gunna get here???

        Laila: Srry. Haylie spilt some Coke on her shirt so we just stopped at a gas station bathroom and I had 2 clean her up. Lol. We're already drivin again so b there in a min or so.

        Tanner: Ok. I was worried something happened 2 u. C u soon.

        Laila: Bye!

        Now Tyler, Brittany, Jake, and Kendra have arrived. Tyler is wearing his camo swim trunks and, being Tyler, is also wearing swim goggles on his head. Jake is just wearing his yellow swim trunks. Brittany is wearing white leggings and a pink tank top with pink heels. Knowing her she would totally wear that to the beach. Kendra is just wearing a magenta bikini with a see through, white, swim top. She is pretty, but not as pretty as Laila. I thought Becca would have came with Jake and Kendra. I wonder where she is. I went over to Kendra.

        " Hey, thanks for inviting us." Kendra thanked me.

        "Your welcome. Thanks for coming! Anyways, do you know where Becca is?" I asked.

        " What do you mean? I thought she was always here? That's what she texted me." said Kendra puzzled."I hope she's okay! I don't want her to get hurt!" worried Kendra. I tried to calm Kendra down.

     " Everything is going to be fine. I'll go text Becca and I'll find out where she is. It's okay." I reassured her. Ding! Yes! Laila must finally be here! I ran to the door to answer it. It was Laila! With Haylie and.........Rider. Yay.

        "Hey Laila! And you two." I welcomed them. They came in the door and I showed them downstairs in my room. I took Laila by the hand and took her to my bed. She waved to Haylie and then she sat down with me.

             "Hi Tanner! What's up?" Laila asked. She looks so pretty in her outfit. I need to ask her to be my girlfriend but, I'm more scared than I should be.

        "I'm having a really good time. Even better since you've shown up." I flirted. She blushed and her cheeks turned really red. "Are you alright?" I ask concerned.

        "Yeah I'm fine." Laila answered.

        "Hey, I have something to ask you." I admit.

        "What is it, Tanner?" Laila questioned. I got to ask her. I can't keep it in anymore. I'm going to ask her. Right now.
