Hoseok sat anxiously in the Hollow Cafe waiting for his friend Haein. The scheduled meeting time had come and gone, and there was still no sign of Haein. Hoseok's hope began to waver, unsure if his friend would ever show up. As the minutes turned into what felt like an eternity, a familiar figure appeared in the distance, finally making its way toward Hoseok.

"You came!?" Hoseok voiced out, relief washing over him.

Haein replied with a hint of apology in his voice, "Yeah, sorry I got stuck in terrible traffic."

Hoseok quickly dismissed the inconvenience, focusing on the fact that Haein was finally here. "Don't worry, the important thing is that you're here," he reassured Haein warmly.

Despite Hoseok's sincere words, Haein couldn't help but remain cautious. Trust did not come easily to him and he instinctively kept his guard up, ready for any unexpected turn of events.

The sudden interruption of the waitress broke the tension, her voice cutting through the uneasy atmosphere. "Would you like something to drink?" she asked, addressing both Hoseok and Haein.

Hoseok, eager to distract himself from the lingering doubts in Haein's eyes, quickly replied, "Oh yes, can I have a cappuccino, please?"

Haein, still struggling with his uncertainty, simply asked, "Just an espresso for me. Thank you."

As the waitress left to prepare their orders, Haein couldn't help but fixate on Hoseok's eyes. He desperately searched for any sign, any glimpse of the true intentions behind them. The lack of clarity made him uneasy, his mind clouded with questions and skepticism.

" I know you don't trust me Hyung. But I really came here to help you with your relationship with Jisoo." Hoseok said sternly.

"Well, I guess your friend told you what happened then, right?" Haein asked him coldly.

"Yes, he did. He told me about the incident between you two. I'm really sorry that it happened, Haein. I really wouldn't wish that on any of my friends. I was mad at Taehyung for doing that to you." Hoseok replied. Haein scoffed and suddenly started to laugh.

"You know, if it wasn't for Jisoo, I would have killed him with my own hands that day. I really wanted to kill him. They both tricked me that night. I will never forget it. I was furious because what I saw was just....It made my blood boil. "Haein said sternly with an angry look on his face.

" I don't know how I would have reacted if something like that had happened to me. But I'm sure I would kick the hell out of that person. I understand why you did what you did," Hoseok added.

Out of nowhere the waitress appeared, balancing both orders on a tray. Haein took a sip of his espresso, savoring the rich taste, while Hoseok broke the silence once more.

"Hyung, I brought you here today because I have something to confess. What happened that night wasn't orchestrated by Jisoo as you might have assumed. It was all Taehyung's fault. He confided in me that he called Mino to check Jisoo's schedule that day. It turned out that Jisoo finished work at 9pm and went straight home with Lisa. Unbeknownst to them, Taehyung was lurking in the shadows, waiting in front of their house in the parking lot," Hoseok whispered to Haein, his voice filled with a mixture of guilt and frustration.
