I covered up by coughing, swiping away the tear that unexpectedly fell. It truly would be more awkward once they realized that a tear fell, especially when you're in dinner with a well-known family.
I acted as professional as I can, properly slicing the steak and eating it with politeness. Impressions are important, right?
"How is it?" I heard Daisy, which caught my attention, realizing she was asking me how the food was.
"Great," I smiled sweetly, sitting more straighter. She returned the smile, went back to her plate and continued eating. How surprising it was to talk casually to a person you barely know and seen just once. But that's basically how friendships build up.

"It was definitely a pleasure eating with you and your family, Mrs. Tomlinson," I grinned to where she responded with a laugh.
"Thanks for coming, Andrea," Lottie said, "Thank Gabriella for me?" she pointed to where Gabriella was, to where she was talking to the twins. I nodded my head, waving politely and bidding goodbyes to the rest, excluding Louis and his girlfriend, Eleanor who seemed to avoid contact during and after dinner.
"Louis?" Lottie called, her hands on my elbows. Louis snapped his head towards the direction to where her sister was and waved nervously at us, Eleanor simply ignoring.
"Well, thank you so much for coming again!" she laughed as I did too. "See you and Gabriella at the Wedding," she smiled and called her twin sisters, then went towards the back door of the restaurant where workers cars were being parked at, I guessed since of course, Louis Tomlinson is their son.
We separated ways, me and Gabriella heading out of the restaurant to be greeted by about three paparazzi's which was quite surprising for us.
"Who are you?!"
"What was the dinner about?!"
"What's your name?!"
They both bombarded us, to which we chose to ignore. Technically, you have to ignore them.
We hurriedly made our way to our car, bowing our heads along the way. Once we made it to my car, we entered it without hesitation, started the engine and drove away towards our apartment as fast as we can, avoiding any paparazzi's along the way.
"That was just crazy," Gabriella commented as she huffed on her seat.
"And they were only three of them! What more if many?" I laughed, and soon slowed down a bit once I was sure no one was running behind us.
That was quite of an experience. I can't believe paparazzi's and magazine companies would make a big deal about this. I mean, we just ate dinner? What's wrong with that? They don't have to be nosy with people's business, I thought.
◇
After an unexpected stop by a fast food drive thru and a cup of ice cream, even though we just ate dinner, I dropped Gabriella over to her home where she saw her 'boyfriend's' car parked outside.
"Well, I didn't quite expect Zayn to be here," Gabriella said.
"Maybe it's important?"
"But he didn't call," she said, checking her phone to where she showed me it and it said no missed calls or texts. I agreed.
"Well, go ahead and see," I shrugged. She nodded as response and waved, opening the door.
"Nine thirty sharp tomorrow!" I yelled before she closed the door fully. She raised a thumbs up, checked the surroundings and headed inside her home.
I, myself went back home of course. Although it was just eight, I felt tired. It was sort of a busy day though.
So with no hesitation, I changed, did my business in the bathroom and went straight to sleep, hoping tomorrow would turn out well.
