Previous chapter:
I ride down the elevator to the cell of the inmate that assaulted inmate 2135. As I walk down the hallway I hear, punching sounds? I reach the door and look in.
A women with pink hair and bright blue eyes looks back at me...
"Who the hell are you?"

Caitlyn's POV:
I gather the courage to talk to the woman. "I took a look at your file. There's no record of you or your crimes. What are you here for?" I ask. "My sunny personality." She sarcastically laughs. "You attacked an inmate. Why?" I ask her another question.
"Why not?" She responds dryly walking in her cell. "He was a witness in an ongoing investigation." I state in a as a matter of fact tone. "Hmm, bummer." She says still walking back and forth in the small cement box.
I sigh, "This was a waste of time."
"Couldn't have put it better. Hey, give Silco a kiss on that winning eye of his, will you?" She asks me, I look back and sigh, then I start walking towards the cell once again.
"Silco? The industrialist?" I question.
"Okay, this is getting old. Can you just send in whoever's gonna kick the shit outta me, so I can get on with my night?" She says.
I close my eyes then I sigh, talking a step in front of the red line that screams "Do Not Cross". I hold my clipboard up that had evidence from the blimp attack and the fire incident. "Does this mean anything to you?" I ask. She side eyes at what I'm holding then jumps to the metal bars, gripping them tightly. I jump back a bit. "Where did you get this?" She asks now more serious then before. I exhale, "My question first. He worked for Silco?" I ask.
"Uh, they all do. Hi can anyone not know that? Where did you find this?" She asks her question from before again. "There was an attack. This is evidence. I need proof if I'm to believe what you're saying about Silco." I state.
She scoffs, "I could get it for you. Just not from in here." She says smoothly. I snicker, "in what mad world would I trust someone like you?" I say. "Someone like me? You enforcers are all the same. Just asshole criminals in fancy uniforms. You know what? Find Silco yourself." She angrily says, it seems she took offense to my statement earlier.
"I will, thank you." I say getting annoyed with this girl. I start to walk away when she says something.
"Hmm... Undercity's gonna eat you alive." She laughs.
I start walking away, but pause when she says that. I look down then continue walking to my destination. 'What if she's right? I'm going to need all the help I can get...' I think to myself weakening at her words.

Caitlyn's POV:
"I've got orders from councilor Talis, concerning inmate 516." I say sliding a sheet of paper to the Still Water guard.
"Not cooperative, huh? You, uh, you want us to have a chat with her?" He asks pulling out a cane. "No." I say shocked.
"Oh." He says shocked as well.
"It's for her release." I say. "Huh. Since when's he a councilor?" He chuckles. "Since today." I say uneasily. He scoffs then looks at the paper again. "How many "chats" have you had with her?" I ask. "You know, I never even thought to count." He smiles evilly.

???'s POV:
'That enforcer girl was annoying as hell.' I think to myself as I'm getting ready to be beaten brutally by a guard. But instead of the guard I see the enforcer from before, she looks at me, sighs, and starts walking away. 'I think that means I'm free..? I can look for them, finally...' I think as I follow her out of the cell.
