I'll Wait For You

Luka watched over Yuki with a smile as he chatted with the other Zweilt Guardians. As he did so, he is reminded of his past lives with female Yuki. This is the first time Yuki has been born as a boy. He didn't mind, though. Yuki is still Yuki. However, deep inside, he was scared that Yuki didn't love him the way he did. He doesn't even have his memories. Luka tried to quell his fear. No matter what happens, he would continue to watch over Yuki and love him, protect him and tske away his fear and insecurities.

When Luka wasn't paying attention, Yuki slipped out of the lounge and walked back to his room. He couldn't let Luka notice. He just couldn't. He wasn't stupid. He noticed things, and he noticed that Luka and his past life were probably lovers. When he realized this, he felt his heart clenching up painfully. For the first time in his life, he wished that he was born a female, then perhaps Luka would show him his undying love for Yuki. Even though Luka said that he would never leave Yuki's side, he was insecure, afraid that Luka doesn't love him the same way anymore. If Luka still felt the same, then he felt scared because Luka wouldn't say anything. He doesn't even remember his past life. He wished to remember, even though the other guardians told him that it would bring him pain. He would do anything for Luka and him to become lovers. He loved Luka. He could just ignore it and continue to have Luka by his side without expressing his feelings. Or he could wait until his love for Luka would be seen. He wished for Luka to sense his feelings for him.
