Kambe had join the detective unit a week ago. Y/n was just returning from a job in America.

"Hey guys, I'm backkkk." Y/n tiredly waved. He yawned as he walked into the small office.

Saeki Mahoro smiled happily. "Y/n you're back!"

"Hey, Mahoro." Y/n smiled gently.

Y/n took his seat at his computer. He logged in, not noticing Kambe.

"I actually learned something knew about Damion," Y/n smiled.

Y/n had been on Damion's case for a two weeks before he went to America. Y/n was in America for a week, but now he was back in Japan.

"He's biologically male." Y/n deducted. "In a stream of his, he flashed his birth certificate. And it showed the letter M for a split second."

"Good. You need to solve this case. If you do, you should be promoted to first division, right?" Kato asked.

"Maybe. But I won't take it." Y/n shook his head. "I love it here. It's like a big family down here, and I won't trade it for anything."

Kamei Shinnosuke grinned. "We love you too, Y/n!"

"Thank you guys." Y/n laughed gently.

Kambe walked over to Y/n.

"Hello there, L/n Y/n." Kambe greeted.

Kambe had found out through his butler, HEUSC. HEUSC found out information about Y/n. It was mainly the basic stuff, like Y/n's height: 6'1. His age: 26. His blood type: AB+. His job: Detective. And other stuff could be known about Y/n, but Kambe didn't dive that deep.

"Yo. Nice to meet you, Kambe." Y/n smiled.

Kambe stared at Y/n with the same calm look.  "How did you know my name?"

Y/n showed Kambe his phone where the notification with the words Kambe Daisuke had joined The Basement Crew

"I get notifications of when someone joins our division." Y/n cheekily smiles. "Actually, when anyone joins any division. But I don't care about that stuff."

"Do you have an AI butler as well?" Kambe asked.

"Butler?" Y/n laughed. "Dude, I can't afford a butler. But I can make AI's. But I do all the hack—"

Y/n coughed a bit, not wanting to use the word hacking.

"All the computing. That's a much better term for it. I do all the computing myself." Y/n nodded.

"He's the best at it, Kambe. Probably better than your AI butler." Kamei smirked.

"Don't brag about me. I can do the bragging myself, thank you, Shinnosuke." Y/n scoffed.

"Anyways, I'm off Damion's case for the next few days, Director." Y/n told Yukihiro Kiyomizu.

"Hm? Why?" Saeki questioned

"I'm doing a bigger case. Damion is a hacker, yes, but he hasn't hacked a big amount of money. There's a different hacker, by the name... LovelyGirl24, so I'm doing that case right now." Y/n tells Saeki.

Y/n starts typing on his computer.

"I'll help." Kambe put on his glasses.

"No need." Y/n hit enter on his keyboard. "I found the guy. 34 year old Yamamoto Kaito. I'm going to send the address to first division—"

"No, send it to me." Kato demanded. "I'll arrest this guy."

Y/n sighed but sent it to Kato's phone. "Go ahead, Haru. I'll back you up from here." Y/n yawned.

Kambe was a bit surprised that someone was faster than HEUSC, but he didn't show it.

"I'll come with you, Kato."

Kato's eye twitched, but he didn't say anything. Kato and Kambe left.

Y/n watched the two drive on the street cameras. He put on his headset.

After a while, they got to Kaito's house. Kaito's house had a bunch of locks and mechanisms.

"HEUSC—"

"Already disarmed everything. Just go in and arrest him. There are no signs of weapons, but be careful still." Y/n said through the communication systems in Kambe and Kato's ear.

Kambe was slightly annoyed that Y/n was faster than him, but didn't say a word about it.

Kato got inside the house and arrested the guy.

"You guys don't have a arrest warrant!" Kaito growled.

"Don't worry about that, Haru. I already got a warrant." Y/n grinned.

"Actually, we do." Kato tells the guy. "Let's go buddy."

"Another job successful because of L/n Y/n."
Y/n proudly sighed. "I'm a golden key, and a golden key can open any door."

Kato sighed. "What a bragger."

"Yes, he is." Kambe actually agreed with Kato.

"HEY! I CAN HEAR YOU TWO!" Y/n growled.

Kato and Kambe didn't say a word.

They arrested the guy and took him to the station.
