Shopping Spree

I woke up early the next morning to meet Emma for shopping.

We went in all my favourite shops: Hollister, Jack Wills, New Look and Office.

I ended up buying an Aliso Creek strapless top, a white Bluffs Beach skirt, a pair of blue Palm Canyon shorts and a navy Calabasas dress, all from Hollister; a Coniston Sherpa in red from Jack Wills; a black skater skirt, coral stripped jumper, crochet panel sleeveless shirt, polka dot bow vest, a navy denim pencil skirt and a black and white bird print blazer all from New Look.

I took my time in Office. I love shoes and would have happily bought out the entire shop, but I had to think about what was practical for school.

I admit that I was planning on wearing my heels on the first day, (you’ve got to impress!) but I prefer flats most of the time.

I ended up buying a pair of navy and cream Fred Perry’s, a pair of rosemary pink pumps and a pair of chilli pepper red vans.

Emma came back to mine after out shopping spree.

I hung my Hollister dress on the front of my wardrobe and draped the bird print blazer over the back of my chair.

‘Are you wearing that tomorrow?’ Emma asked as I laid out some jewellery: a heart shaped locket, daisy stud earrings and my identity London watch.

‘Yeah!’ I grinned, ‘What are you wearing?’

‘Grey Aztec leggings, an oversized navy jumper and blue converse,’ Emma said dismissively.

‘Ooooo, very nice,’ I said with a wink. Emma playfully slapped my shoulder.

‘How are you doing your hair?’ she asked

‘You’ll have to wait and see!’ I said mysteriously but started laughing when Emma made an annoyed face.

I ushered Emma downstairs when my mum called.

I said goodbye and grabbed my laptop on my way back to my room.

I entertained myself for the rest of the evening by browsing through shopping sites, reading stories on Wattpad and listening to music on Spotify.
