Have you ever admitted to be scared?
Afraid of the dark, has anyone cared?
The goosebumps you get when a shadow moves
Of the clouds that float above our roofs
Have you asked someone to hold you tight?
Comfort your pain, save you all night
Afraid of reject or even to breathe
The ones you trust, they might just leave
Have you told someone who you really are?
Someone who cares and not way too far
Stopped hiding your smile and the happy cries
Just let it go don't keep telling the lies
Have you told someone you loved them for real?
Didn't say nothing or "it's no big deal"
Look them in the eyes and say what you mean
That they're the best you've ever seen
And what if you once just tried these things?
Don't be afraid and see what it brings
It might not be fun or easy at all
But sometimes it only takes one call
