Warrior Cats: The Prophecy (Discontinued)

Chapter 1

The sun was rising from the east horizon, three kits walked alone and hungry through the trees. A grey kit was the leader of the group, her blue eyes shone as the sun rose in the distance. Behind the grey kit walked a light grey kit, her pelt shined like silver as sun rays hit her pelt and her light blue eye's shone like diamonds. Beside the silver kit walked a brown kit, his green eyes shined like emeralds. They had been walking for a while and they were exhausted so they stopped under a big tree that covered them in shade as the sun rose.

"Wolf... where are we going?" the brown kit asked the grey kit, "yeah we've been walking for a while" the silver kit whined. "Don't worry we'll find something soon I can feel it" Wolf mewed confidently. They heard a stick crack nearby, "Huh! what was that?!" the silver kit mewed in a scared tone and had a scared look on her face. "Don't worry Silver I'll protect you" the brown kit meowed, "oh please you couldn't even scare off a mouse, Falcon" Wolf teased, "Shut it, Wolf!" Falcon hissed. Another stick cracked, Wolf got in front of Silver and Falcon, both with scared looked on their faces. "Who's there!" Wolf hissed.

A Black cat with icy blue eyes came out from some bushes near them. The black cat stared at them through icy blue eyes. "Oh, just some stray kits" the she~cat mewed. "What are you doing in DuskClan territory?" she asked the kits. "W...we're looking for a place to stay... please don't hurt us... we mean no harm" Silver mewed shaking. The she~cat laughed "hurt you, why in the name of TwilightClan would I do that?" she stared at the kits confused.

"B...because you're a forest cat... forest cats are dangerous" Falcon meowed, the she~cat laughed again "then why did you come to the forest if you knew it was dangerous here?" Wolf stepped forward, "because we have nowhere else to go... our mother and father are gone so we need someone to help us" Wolf mewed and shrunk under her hatred-filled gaze.

The black she~cats ears twitched, she stood in front of the kits with her claws unsheathed. A ginger cat walked out from the bushes with some stems in her mouth, she looked at the black she~cat with a confused face. "Why are your claws out it's just me-" the ginger she~cat suddenly stopped when she saw the three kits behind the black she~cat. She put her stems down then mewed "are... are those kits...?" the ginger she~cat asked, the black she~cat nodded. "I found them on our territory and when I heard movement I had to protect them" the ginger she~cat understood and nodded telling the black she~cat she agreed to what she did.

The black she~cat retracted her claws and moved aside so the ginger she~cat could take a closer look. The black she~cat went to grab the stems that the ginger she~cat placed down, she grabbed them and came back over to the four cats. The ginger she~cat saw a stripe on both Falcon and Silver that went from their head to the end of their tail but Wolf didn't have it. The ginger she~cat then saw something she'll never forget, she saw a star on Wolf's right front paw. "Brightflight, is something wrong?" the black she~cat asked, Brightflight faced her. "Look at the grey one's front right paw" the black she~cat looked at Wolf's front paw and saw a star. "So it's a star, so what?" Brightflight shook her head.

"Shadowfrost do you remember snow~whisker?" Brightflight asked, she nodded, "of course I do, she was my sister" Shadowfrost meowed. "Snow~whisker also had a star on her right front paw and she also had a stripe going from her head to her tail tip" Shadowfrost knew what she was getting at. "So you're saying these could be the kits that she had before she died" Wolf, Falcon and Silver stared in shock.

"Our... our mother is... dead..." Silver asked, Brightflight was forced to nod. Silver broke down in tears, Falcon started crying and so did Wolf. "Is our father still alive?" Wolf asked but before Brightflight could reply, Shadowfrost did instead. "Oh, you mean that black rouge that joined us after Snow~whisker died yeah he's dead too" Wolf's heart skipped a beat. Brightflight slapped her in the face with her tail, "Shadowfrost they're just kits don't tell them something that will scar them for life!" Brightflight hissed. She turned back to the kits, "come back to camp with us, you will be safe with us" Brightflight meowed, Shadowfrost then hissed, "Are you serious Brightflight, there a rouges kits we can't take them in" Wolf heard this but said nothing.

"There kits Shadowfrost, they need help, would you leave a kit in danger?" Brightflight put Shadowfrost on the stop but she didn't reply. Shadowfrost picked up the stems and started walking into the trees. "Follow me kits," Brighflight told them, she started walking in the same direction as Shadowfrost. Wolf, Falcon and Silver were hesitant at first but they needed help so they decided to follow. Wolf led Falcon and Silver after the two wild cats.
