Frieza Saga

The gang hears word about Frieza hunting Dragonballs, thanks to Bulma being ever resourceful and fixing an old scouter up from scratch. With this information, the gang heads to Mr. Popo and Kami to ask for help. Kami informs of an old ship, and the group takes Mr Popo to the ship. Although, Bulma recognizes it won't have nearly enough provisions for them all, so she comes up with an idea.

After a month or two, Bulma announces to them all that she's made a spaceship and a gravity chamber inside. After stocking up, the brothers head out in the spaceship, training up in the gravity ship to be ready for anything, even the tyrant Frieza, who Raditz remembers, but Kakarot doesn't.

Things go as normal, touching down on the planet and setting up a safe zone. The Dragon Radar that Bulma gave them is already doing it's job...but it seems there's two sets moving about. Frieza is working in one village, using his two right hand men to attack a village. Dende manages to find salvation on his own, fleeing from the death squad Frieza has amassed.

Vegeta and Nappa wind up bumping into the ugly one, Dodoria, and they manage to overpower him. Later on, Raditz and Kakarot meet Zarbon, and overpower him to the point of unleashing his beast form. Nappa finds them and helps out, getting Vegeta and returning with him to the ship.

Then, the terrible Frieza summons the Ginyu Force, poses and all! Ginyu sets out to gather all the dragonballs, and the two groups all run into each other. It's a massive display of power and speed, with Kakarot proving the fastest of them all, besting Burter, as Nappa, Raditz, and Vegeta destroy Guldo, Recoome, and Jeice. Then, the Body changes begin...and they don't stop for a good hour. It's all finally over when Kakarot outsmarts the Body Changer, and throws a FROG into his path.

Now, Frieza is mad...beyond mad. He races to the location of the Dragonballs, and tries to find out who was the one who iced all of his men. The gang, minus Vegeta but majority rules, decide to return the Dragonballs to the Namekians...before Frieza arrives. The group engages, careful with their attacks. They take Frieza through all his forms, and are able to at least hold him off. Frieza is dunked by a combination of the four's attacks, and is temporarily put down.

Then, Frieza returns as the group is recovering, and Nappa gets a Death Beam through the heart. Then, the unthinkable for Kakarot. His brother, that he's only known for a year, is lifted into the air, and blown up. This causes Kakarot to snap, and he flies into a legendary rage! Vegeta gets Nappa to the ship and off planet, taking the dragonballs with, at least they'll be safe.

The battle ensues, and Frieza is getting worked hard, and thinks fast, sending a Death Ball into the center of the planet. Things become hectic, and Frieza gets outsmarted by Kakarot a few times, eventually leading to his body being sliced in half. Kakarot grants him some energy, but Frieza misuses this gift, and gets blasted. Kakarot escapes the planet as it goes critical.
