Chapter 11

Sonic Pov:

It's 6 am and I'm the first one up...i think

I get up and see a jacket over me is it...

Well I'll go freshen up while I'm up.

*after freshening up*

I walk out of my room and look downstairs to see everyone still out. Haha no one can really get up this early after everything that happened yester- wait, shadow's not here... where did he go?

I look around to see where shadow might be at. turns out he was out at the garden looking at the flowers. So cute.

I walk over and I guess he notices me since he turns around like as if he's happy to see me. 

Sonic: *yawns* Hey Shadow...

Shadow: And you're up this early too?

Sonic: Gotta problem wif thar...*yawn*

Shadow: *chuckles* you sleepyhead...

Sonic: w-what? 

I begin to blush as I look at him more and remember what happened last night... I mean I didn't mind it but I just can't stop thinking about it. And it seems like it's not just me... But I think he only likes me because of me being a girl now... Maybe I should ask...

Shadow Pov:

Sonic: Shadow... Can I ask you something?

Shadow: Go ahead

Sonic: Do you like me because I'm a girl now...

Shadow: What??? No Sonic! I-.... I've had these feelings since before what happened to you...

I mean I won't lie Sonic looks cuter now but I've liked them for who they were not what they looked like. 

Shadow: Your personality.

Sonic: huh?

Shadow: Sonic, you are a wonderful person who saved me even when I didn't see a reason to... Remember the ark? I almost died there if it wasn't for you finding a purpose in me. You gave a reason to live and no one other than Maria has ever given me such a reason to keep going forward. Sonic I love you with everything I got. 

Sonic pov:

I-I-I dont know what to say... I never realized how important I was for him... He was always very introverted and always was alone. I guess I was wrong though, I feel better now knowing he loves me for me not for my new appearance.

I run to Shadow and hug him tightly. Shadow was surprised at the sudden hug (lol I'm like Amy now) but then he hugs me tighter and kisses me. 

Sonic: I love you Shadow
