Chapter Twenty-Three: Confessions IV

"Wait...You love me?"

Colin didn't say anything for a while. "I'm sorry I was caught up in the moment."

"I'm sure." I mumble. I push off of Colin's lap before settling on the other side of the tub. My phone begins ringing. I pick it up and made sure to see who the person was before picking up the phone. It was Raven. "Hey, Rae?"

"I hear you're back home at you and Colin's house. I am so happy you're okay and all but I just wanted to tell you Kyle is here."

I gasp and nearly drop my phone in the water. "Kyle... he's there?! Why the hell is he there?!"

"I was interviewing a Falcon player at this hotel I was at and turns out Ky is trying to buy it out. I saw him on the way out and he said we should catch up so we went back to my house."

"Did you guys...?" I slam my eyes shut, praying for a no.

"Yes... as soon as we got through the door. We were all over each other." Raven sighs in defeat.

"Ewww!" I scream. "That's my brother! And what about Devin?!" Kyle Max Logan, 225 pounds of pure muscle, 6'3" was my brother. He was only three years older than me. He had just graduated from college when my parents died and instead of taking on my parents' company, he gave it to me and instead decided to become an entrepreneur. He looked into the hotel business. His first hotel was a success in Atlanta and he began branching out. They were called Kelsey in which he combined my name and my mother's, Casey. He always said we were the two most important women in his life.

"Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. All thoughts of Devin had left my mind when I saw him. We can talk about that part later. He really wants to see you."

"For what? I haven't talked to him a while so... I mean I told him I was pregnant a while ago but that's about it..."

"Kel, I kind of got tricked into giving him the address."

"Tricked?" I repeat. I glance over to Colin who is staring me down. He mouths "who is that?" I answer him before focusing back to Raven's and my conversation.

"You don't wanna know but in simple terms I just basically yelled out your address and I'm pretty sure he remembered it." Raven confesses. Not long after she lets out a long sigh.

I drop my head. "Get. Your. Ass. Over. Here. Right now or so help me, I will murder you."

"Girl... I'm already in yo driveway. Get yo ass down here so you can let me."

"Nah... one of my home nurses will open the door for you. I will finish my bath with Colin first." I hang up before she could protest. I put my phone on the floor next to the tub. I sink down the water feeling relaxed.

"So who is exactly is Kyle?" Colin asks. He once again grabs my ankle and pulls me onto his lap. I relax my hands on both his shoulders and look down on him. I rub his shoulders gently and kiss him upon his cheek and neck. "Oh, just my brother. He's on his way." I thought maybe showing him affection would suppress the sudden blow.

"Hmm..." Colin rubs my thighs gently. "Where does that leave me since he doesn't know that I'm the father of the babies?" He moves his hands to my belly and also gives it a gentle rub.

"I'll just tell him he's on a business trip... " I pause when I hear stomping coming towards the bathroom. Suddenly, Raven storms into the bathroom. She looks down at me with her arms crossed. "Your brother is here."

"Shit." I curse and make a quick move out of the tub. I dash to the bedroom and fumble around to find some clothes. I throw on my black and white Nike tempo shorts and my J. Cole 2014 Forest Hills Drive sweatshirt. I run down the stairs with Raven right on my heels to greet my brother. I see Kyle on his phone but then looks up once he hears me.
