He felt numb. He felt no emotions. His tears had given upon him and refused to come out , the burning pain in his heart growing second by second . He felt like beating himself up because he broke a promise he took to himself .
He promised himself that he wouldn't let anyone and anything break him. But he couldn't keep the promise , a word that he took years ago and kept until today.
Today he reached his breaking point. He couldn't bear it anymore . He was surprised that he could hold on this long , he expected this a long time ago and prayed everyday for it to not happen . But alas he did ,he had to because the pain and anger he felt was immense.
He wondered why everything had to take a turn like this , everything was going so well , but happiness doesn't last long right it always ends quickly . Happiness is that one moment of bliss we feel , we feel as if a thousand fireworks are blasted inside us as we feel all energetic and smiley . We won't even remember the unhappy things that may have happened to us that day , because a moment of happiness makes us forget years of sorrows....
So he waited . He waited for his happiness to finally appear🍂 . A happiness that lasts longer.........
