The woman smiled with an amused demeanor. "Yes, hi." She gently released him, still glowing with a bright hue, and stepped over to Charlie. This time he could finally read something off of her, and it was a glint of kindness and love. She knelt down, looking him over, before staring deeply into his eyes.

"I sincerely apologize."

She placed one of her soft hands over his leg and the other on his forehead. Charlie felt heat emitting from her hands, and all of his pain slowly left him, slowly as if it were sulking away. His trembling and nausea and all. He sat up and looked at the seemingly frozen Zain, to Riley, who was staring back with shock and relief on his face, and to the girl. She smiled a small smile, before rising to her feet and swiftly helping Charlie to his, as if gravity didn't exist to her.

"Who are you?" Riley asked, awe evident in his voice.

"My name is Zenni." She answered softly.

Riley wanted to thank her and ask her a million questions his mind longed for the answers to, but he was struck speechless by either her beauty or her power, perhaps both.

Call it twin instinct or what you like, but Charlie satisfied him by doing the very thing he wished.

"Thank you, Zenni."

Her smile grew radiant, though not larger than it had been, which had been hardly at all.

"I'm glad I came in time." Her voice had the same melancholy tone as when they had first met, which soon turned to slight humor.

"Didn't I tell you, Charlie, to stay away from him?" Charlie's lips turned upward at the playful remark. "Riley seemed to have other plans." They both turned to look at him, and he blushed in embarrassment. "Hey! I was running away from him! And I never got to hear you say that either, Zenni."

Charlie laughed at his brothers face and defensiveness and a quiet, barely noticeable chuckle escaped Zenni's throat.

"Follow me, boys. I'll lead you out, since you obviously can't on your own." She said it in such a cold and frozen tone, Charlie mistook her for truly angered at first. Her face and tone of voice were so cold, and yet she had such a warm and kind demeanor. She was definitely one of the strangest people he had ever met. Charlie thought this to himself as they followed her down the hallway. He glanced at his twin to see his eyes were gazing into a reality that was not theirs. He rolled his own eyes and playfully shoved Riley's shoulder. He looked at him with confusion.

"Huh? What?"

"Pfft. Nothing." Before Riley could ask what the hell he meant by that, a question with surely a more interesting answer left Charlie's lips.

"What the hell actually happened back there?"

She turned to look at him, and then to Riley, and back in front of her. "You haven't figured it out yet?" Charlie's face turned to frustration. "What do you mean?" Riley asked before Charlie could retort. "Hm. For as long as you two have been retaliating against this organization, I would have thought you would have been able to piece it together."

Charlie didn't know if this was a playful remark or not, but he had decided he didn't like this Zenni's character very much. Of course, that didn't make him any less thankful for her saving them.

"Very well, I'll explain." She said, leading them up a flight of stairs. "I'll start from the beginning. Zain is Azazel's apprentice-"

"Pissy-pants." Riley whispered to himself, and Charlie grinned. Zenni turned and looked at him. "What did you say...?"
