One-shot shadow x reader

My name is (y/n) and I'm a normal child. Well, at least I think I am. You see my family is the richest people in America. You know I'm am normal, but my parent are just.. not, I mean they are dirty liars, so I hate them.

My hate was so deep, I ran away. Right now, I'm on the streets getting hit on by every guy that walks by. Oh great this next one is ..... drunk.

"Hey, baby doll do you want to get going and head to my place," he whispers in my ear and it sends shivers down my back, " I can make you feel really good."

"Ok, first of all gross, and second," I say as I knee him in the stomach and then kick him in a place where the sun don't shine," you are way to old for me."

I start to........ Grrrr.... Umm... Grrr.... I guess I'm hungry.

" Please, I no longer want to be in this pathetic world were greed and liars live. Please someone, save me", I say allowed to no one inparticular.

I start to walk to the nearest restaurant, then a black ..... Shadow? Well, it comes out of no where and just looks at me.

I start to get butterfly's and I go closer. I feel all warm inside and I-I-I like it. I come to his face and touch his cheek. I look into his glowing eyes and I knew I would have fallen in love with this....man?

"My name is (y/n) and I think I-I need..grrr... need to get something to eat."

I didn't notice that he had his arm around me until his grip tighten. I still had my hand on his cheek. I feel like I've know him for forever.

" Well, then if you won't let me go then take me to your place ..because I'm hungry of course." With that he nods and places ME in his arms bridal style. He starts to fly and surprisingly I don't freak out.

"You know know I'm available?" I say as I wiggle my eyebrows. The shadow doesn't respond, which makes me a little upset. "Just kidding.....I want to be single forever and live with 20, no wait, 22 cats."

I then bust out a mad laughter. You could just see the confusion in his eyes. We just then fall into this period of silence.

It took at least 5 minutes for me to curl up even more in his arms and fall asleep.

When I woke up, I found myself inside a cave where its dark. I never really minded the dark. I felt comforted and safe any then .........grrr.....

"I THOUGHT DATES INVOLED FOOD?" I screamed and then whisper to myself," Man what a cheapskate." Damn where is he? I'm at the entrance of a cave...awesome.

I keep looking for him for aleast a minute and then got bored, so I walked outside of the cave.

It took only mere seconds to realize I was no longer on earth because as a rich girl you must have a vast knowledge of everything or a least that's what my father said and I knew this wasn't a place on earth.

Man, where is HE? I started to venture deep inside the jungle then was stop by a browned hair boy.

"Hello, what is a girl like you doing on my island?" Asked the boy. Well he did look handsome, but I could just tell he was not someone that I should hang out with.

"I'm looking for my boyfriend." I say because I do have to say I did like the shadow and he wasn't near sssoooo....

"Well, I can assure you he is no where near here." He said as he got close. So close in fact he was breathing down my neck," because,love, this is Neverland and I'm the ruler, I'm Peter Pan."

"Cool, but my boyfriend brought me here" I say, " and if you don't back away I will be force to use violence and I'm pretty sure you don't want that."

"And if I don't, what is a girl going to do about it. All girls are weak and stupid." He said and that ticked me off. Usually I'm a pacifist, but when someone tries to rape me or be sexist, that's when someone gets hurt.

I punched his throat and kneed him in the no no's. Then I stared to laugh hysterically. That's when the shadow came in and stopped me from doing anymore damage to the jerk.

"Let me go, so I can beat him to a bloodly plup!" I said in an angry voice.

"No, let's go back and eat." The shadow said. I was in so in shocked I couldn't say a word. I just nodded and walked with him back go his cave.

He put his arm around his waist the whole way over, but I hadn't noticed until we stopped at his cave. Instead of pulling away, I turned to him and put me hands on his chest.

I looked into his golden eyes and seen the many emotion conflicting with each other like confusion and..... lust?

I finally spoke up and said, " Do you work out because to me it seemes like it." I just heard a laugh escaped his mouth and I thought of something that I'd like to see his reaction towards it, so I did it.

I grazed my finger outlining his chest. His arms still around me. I then just stare into his eyes and it felt as if everything had stopped and we were the only things existing at that very moment.

I leaned in and he did has well. Our lips connected and I knew that he was the one and only for me. Even though he was a shadow, I still loved him.

His tongue licked my lips, but before he could slip it in......ggrrrrrrrr.....

He pulled away leaving me yet again astonished at his actions. He intertwined our fingers together and looked into his cave.

"Let's go get something to eat." He said. I was just lost for words, so yet again I just nodded a yes and followed him into the cave.

For once in my life I knew I actually made a right choice for once. I was glad I wasn't alone anymore.
