Save me. I have had nightmares ever since ... that night. I wake up gasping for breath. Every night is the same. I want to breathe, but I can't. I hate this night. I want to wake up, but I can't. I hate this dream. Every sound in the universe has quieted, except my heart. At times, it is all I can hear. My heart beats harder and harder every day. Listen to my heartbeat. Can't you hear it?
