Waking up this morning to my alarm. 6:00am I stand up shower, dress in my work clothes and doing light natural makeup.

Today I have a couple of teenagers to do a medical review before they go to school and a little girl named Jordan who has stage 3 bone cancer. All I do for her is make sure she is not in eny pain.
I when down stairs only to see my uncle. In three months I will be moving out of his house, and Bella his daughter my cousin will be moving back in about a week later.
I moved in with Charlie at 18 years old when my mother pasted away. And my dad past when I was only five but I miss him just as much.
"Goodmorning Charlie," I said walking over to the coffee pot.
"Morning Gabbie, did you sleep well," he replied well putting his shoes on.
"Yes uncle. Busy day at work but I will be home by 5pm." I said drinking my coffee.
"Ok how do you feel about diner burgers for dinner," he said.
"Speaking to my heart Uncle Charlie," I said as we both laughed.
Finishing my cup washing it then walking out the door and going to work as did uncle Charlie.
Diving to the hospital as it rained reminded me of Mystic falls where I was born and then grow up.
Living here where the only supernatural are the wolf's, me and a child. It is so much better.
I love being with the wolf's it makes me think for my home and wolf's there.
Parking in my normal spot getting out fixing my top grabing my bag.
Signing in to my shift walking to my office.
I unlocked the door switched the lights on walking in.

I work with minors. Everyone 18 and younger. As a doctor i do mainly work with kids under 12. As a therapist I work with teen more.
I walked to the nurses station grabbed today's files.
As I thought I see Jordan first then the rest of the day I have the Cullen children. And then have one baby to vacant.
This will be a fun day.
As 8:00 hit i walked out to see Jordan and her mother sitting.
"Jordan hello sweetheart ready for your check up," I said as the little girl came running to me.
"Yes." She said hugging my leg. I just rubbed her back an till she let go.
Taking my hand I lead her and her mother to my office.

Carlisle POV
Today my family and I are going to the hospital where I will be working and the kids need medical review. But I can't do it and they can't go to school without it but we will figure it out.
Walking in to the living room to see my family. My sister Esme, then my kids Edward, Alice, Jasper, Rosalie and Emmett.
"Is everyone ready to go," I said. Getting a reply of yes or ya or just ok.
We all walked to the cars getting in before driving to the hospital.
Everyone will do the tour with me then we will be seeing the doctor.
Raining as it always does we parked in the guest parking at the back.
We all got out of the cars then I see Alice and Edward with the biggest smiles on this planet.
"Ok you two what happened," I said stopping everyone then they looked at the siblings.
"Nothing yet," Alice said skipping to Jasper's side.
Of course nothing has happened when you probably smiling over a vision.
I just shock my head as Edward laughed at my thought.
We walked in and were greeted by a young girl maybe 20 years old.
"Hello you must be doctor Cullen, I'm Elena I will be showing you around then I will take you all to Doctor Swan's office." She said with a small smile.
"Yes I am, it is lovely meeting you Elena." I said giving a smile in reply.
She asked for me to sign in before we walked down the hall.
We walked through ICU, the emergency rooms and ended by my new office.
It's just a normal doctor office nothing fancy just as I expected.
"Ok we are a bit early but you can fill in the forms need," Elena said.
I nodded as we all walked to Doctor Swan's office.
Walking through a set of double doors in to a calm and peaceful wing of the hospital.
We were lead to the nurses station where we got some paperwork then sat down.
When I gave Elena the paperwork she walked over to a gray door.
When she came out I wanted to ask her a question.
"Elena what is doctor Swan's field in if I could ask."
She smiled before answering, "doctor Swan has doctorates in medicine and psychology and has worked here for 2 years."
She said this as a pink and blue door opens and two women and a child walk out.
One in scrubs and the others in day to day cloths.
"Sister Mary will you please prepare a room for Jordan i would like to keep her here over night for observation." The women in scrubs said to the lady behind the front desk.
"Of course Dr. Swan," Sister Mary said.
So that is doctor Swan God she is beautiful.
She kneeled down to the little girl. "Ok Jordan you remember how this works. Sister Mary will take care of you then tonight Sister Alex will be here I will come check on you soon ok sweetheart." The little girl nodded taking what I'm guess to be her mother's hand.
"Ok, Alice Edward Emmett Jasper and Rosalie Cullen please follow me." She said looking up from the file in her hands.
