Pain of being Jimin's sister

Park Eclipse, she had a non-identical twin, Moon and a 5-year-old brother, Jimin. Between Moon and Eclipse, Eclipse knew that people loved Moon more. And even if everyone in the family says that their love for both of them was equal, she knew that they prefer Moon over her. They may not say it but she felt and saw it. Moon was a happy, go lucky girl, always socializing and taking care of her physical appearance. In short, she was pretty. While Eclipse? Eclipse was always boring to be with, focusing on her books, she loved being in her own world. They called Eclipse "the twin with the bad attitude" because she didn't talk too much. She would always be the tomboy, badass, savage girl of the school. That's why people fear to get near her. But Eclipse wasn't like that for no reason, it was just that people didn't even want to get to know her more nor even took a chance to understand her. She was always focused on her books because people judged her, to avoid hearing them compare her to her sister, she chose to distract herself through reading but most of the time, she could still hear them. Books were her way to distract herself and act as if she didn't hear anything and to hide her pain from people. She doesn't have a bad attitude, she pushed people away who wanted to befriend her not because she didn't want friends but because they wanted to use her. She knew that they wanted to be friends with her so that she can help them on their assignments and exams. She talked to them frankly because she knew and saw that they talked about her behind her back. And aside from having no friends, she was just number two for her brother. She knew because that's how he made her feel while he spoilt Moon. When she was younger, her brother always buys two gifts and dresses and Moon always got the brighter and better one. When they visit places on weekends, Eclipse feels like being the third wheel. There are also times when Eclipse wants to hold Jimin's hand while walking but Moon always hold it first. Eclipse appreciated every little thing her brother gave despite favoritism.

One day, Eclipse was chosen to represent her school in the international debate battle. She was so excited that she told her brother first about it and invited him before her parents. She was happy when he said he'll vacant his schedule for that day. Finally, she thought she would be the star in his eyes that day so she prepared hard to win the battle. Until the day finally came. He was there with her parents. That day Eclipse swore herself to win the battle. But it wasn't even 5 minutes when you started but he already looked bored. But she focused on her debate and when the next time when she glanced, he wasn't there. The event ended according to the plan, Eclipse won the first prize and made her country proud. She was so happy and searched for her brother to show him her award and to hear him compliment her. But the next scene broke her heart. He was cheering, he was smiling and he doesn't look bored while watching Moon act on the stage. Did he vacant his schedule and made sure to attend because of her? Right, Eclipse forgot that it was also the day for the competition of drama clubs. So, Eclipse was not the star of the day? And he looks happier watching her. Oh! Right, it was better to watch a drama than to hear a boring debate. That night, it was supposed to be a happy celebration for Eclipse because she won, but all attention was into her. Eclipse was sad because of the fact that her brother didn't seem to go there to support and watch you and because dinner didn't look like a celebration because she won while Moon was sad because they lost. The dinner became an event to cheer her up. They forgot that Eclipse actually won that event. That night became all about her again. Since that night, Eclipse lost the thirst to prove herself to her brother. Because she knew, no matter what she will always be the number 2. After that Eclipse and Moon always fight with each other. Moon started bullying Eclipse at school also but Eclipse fought back which caused the school to call their parents. They were disappointed to the two of them but Moon put all the blame on Eclipse saying that she was the one to bully Moon and she just fought back. Eclipse smirked in disbelief as she knew that they would obviously believe that lame excuse because it was said by Moon not Eclipse. The three of them were angry on Eclipse and started scolding her. They decided to separate the twins and obviously, they love Moon so much that Eclipse will be the one to go to her mom's best friend. Eclipse was mad at them but didn't utter a word, then she left. Is that how much they hate Eclipse? They hate her so much that they chose to send her away? That was her limit so to give them even more favor, she packed her things right away and waited for the ticket. The flight was the next day but still she was already to leave and her brother tried to talk to her. He told Eclipse that she should understand as she was the one in fault.
