I've been hanging out with the guys and Lance has been there the whole time but I dodged the eye contact and every time he'd try to talk to me in front of them I'd just smile or nod because whats the point of talking to someone who betrays and lies to you? Who knows he could be lying to you when he's talking. You lose all the trust once you've been lied to.

"So Jules you coming later?" I asked

"Definitely! Girls day out?" She questioned herself

I nodded and placed my books in my locker, last day of the week happy day! My car hasn't been here and my mom just gave me news this morning that it won't be here for quite a while and that has to be insane! What kind of company has themselves sending cars at a very long period of time? I flipped out in the morning, not only did I flip out I flipped my bowl of cereal onto my sleeping brothers face who laughed when he woke up.

"Hey mom what's up?" I asked answering my phone

"I have a delivery outside of your school bye bye love you" Mom ended the call making kissy noises

"What?" I looked over at Jules and the guys who all shrugged I still am denying eye contact with Lance

We walked out the school hallways and we're outside of school. I covered my mouth and jumped with joy, my car was there! And not only my car!

I jumped into his arms as his hands held my back keeping me from falling as I looked up at him "Jase"

"Hey Kendy" He called me by my nickname, Jase was the only person to call me that

Jase was a New York Bellarmine Highschool Student Athlete from playing basketball to football to hockey to lacrosse, he's just the charming guy from my old school back in New York. I can't believe he's here, I mean I'm so glad Jase is here.

"Thee Jase Worthington in Texas? Is Mr. Worthington lost?" I giggled

"I came to visit you" He leaned against my car

"Jase come on be serious" I gave his chest a little friendly slap

"Remember my aunt Catherine? Yeah getting married to this guy named Brock who she met at the Ocean Market" Jase chuckled finding the story interesting

"Why? What happened to your uncle Joey did aunt catherine divorce him? It's her like 10th husband" I laughed looking back at all the weddings I was invited to go to with Jase for his aunt catherine

"Well she moved to Texas obviously up in Austin and I decided to drive hundreds of miles just to see my Kendall" He hugged me

Jules and the guys came over and gave a wave to Jase

"Guys this is Jase Worthington, New York's charming student athlete. He plays tons of sports, basketball to football to hockey and lacrosse." I paused giving a glance and Lance who was looking down scratching his neck

"Jase these are my friends, Jules, Mox Jules boyfriend, Tweedle, Billy Bob, Wendell and uhm that's Lance" I paused at Lance

"We're football players too" Billy Bob nodded happy that he met another football player

"What position do you play?" Lance decided to talk

"Quarter back for varsity ever since freshman year, you?" Jase put his hands in his pockets

"Yeah same" Lance agreed still looking down

"Well I just came by to say hi and we miss you in New York. I gotta go Kendy see you soon alright? Love ya" He kissed my cheeks and left walking towards his Porsche
