First Look

Jordyn P.O.V

I walked down the street, hoping to find a good restaurant. As I walked in I noticed there was a HUGE line. No wonder it’s so popular. As I stood in line, I noticed a girl wobbling towards the door holding a bunch of papers and books. I then stop her at her tracks to try to help her. “ Hey, lemme help you with that.” I say with a concerned smile.

 “ NO no! I got this.” She said, her voice high pitched. Shaking, I then insisted on help, but she refused once again. Then all of a sudden, the door sings open without anybody opening it. I was completely shocked.  I looked around to see if anybody noticed, but people acted like it was nothing, they just turned right around and minded their own business. I took off my glasses to rub my eyes. I put them back on to see nothing. The girl disappeared. It just didn’t click with me. I wanted to know how she did that, but for now, I just wanted to eat my food.

It’s 7:35 A.M  I’m going out to find that one type of jello that Tiana likes before I go to school. When I walked in, I noticed the girl again, checking out with a friend or something. She had pink hair with cat ears. I was very confused. Who was she? Who are they? Where did they come from? But then I see the cashier bow to them. 

I just stand there at the door as they then walk by me. The cat girl with short hair looks at me, I see that her pupils are so dilated and her eye color is so bright. Like a bright pink, they were very strange looking people. But I then move on with my business and get the jello for tiana. This was the second time I saw someone like her.

Breena’s P.O.V

I was surfing through my math homework when I saw Bronna waiting for me at the door.  She eyes me to hurry up. I do so on time. We were almost late to practice, and I never wanted to be late. My alarm goes off; scaring me and pressuring me to scoop up my things and run off. A stranger walks in and walks in line at the table.

 I grab my things in hand and start running towards the door. I struggled since I had about 2 packets and 5 books in my arms. The stranger at the line noticed and asked to help me. I don’t need any though, IM MAGICAL! (well not really) and I insisted that I was okay. Then Bronna opens the door for me to run out of. “ Honestly, you are so unpredictable.” Bronna says. She snapped her fingers and in an instant, we were at home at the castle.

It’s late at night and me and Brenda go over to the  store to buy cute things because my sister Brenda wanted to. She wanted to buy an extra case of makeup. Now we are at the counter. “ Brenda, why did you want to buy these things at the store when you can just order them?” I ask her.  Brenda replies,” Because darling, if you want something done, you gotta do it yourself.” I nodded in agreement. We walk out of the store and see the same guy again. I looked away but Brenda kept staring. I nudged her. “ Brenda! Staring isn’t nice, you know?” I said to her, but she just ignored me.  I then nudged it off then.
