Living with Sans meant that Nashira and Papyrus were both woken up painstakingly early. While one was used to it, the other... really wasn't. Papyrus was highly amused, watching Nashira wake up in the morning. "don't suppose you'd mind if we went to the library today?" He asked, knowing that Shira would agree with anything while sleepy, so long as her mind wasn't set on one specific thing like it had been when she was trying to keep up with rent. "Uh-huh.." She her head bobbled as she fought to stay awake. Papyrus snickered. "Whatcha laughing at..?" She demanded. "you, starlight. you're being much to adorable and i find it cute." Nashira decided to used Papyrus arm as a pillow. "You're cuter.."
"YOUR RELATIONSHIP IS WHOLESOME AND BEAUTIFUL AND EVERYONE IS GOING TO LOVE IT." Sans stated with finality. "GET UP, NASHIRA, YOUR BREAKFAST TACOS ARE READY!!" She groaned but sat up, saluting Sans. Papyrus did his best to hold back laughter. "WHAT? SANS ASKED, OBLIVIOUS TO SHIRA'S ACTIONS."

Papyrus gave Nashira a piggyback ride while she slowly worked on waking up. "Thanks Papy.." He chuckled lightly. "no problemo, starlight." She blinked. "I didn't see Honey this morning.." She noted. "she was on her cable outside, sans is taking her to the vet today to make sure she didn't ingest a toxic amount of chocolate." Shira jolted on Pap and he worked to keep them both upright. "THAT CAN HAPPEN?!" Papyrus was quick to reassure her. "yeah, i assume it's the same with normal dogs as dog monsters, but don't worry! sans has it handled, honey will be fine." She relaxed and leaned against his back again. "Oh. That's good, I was under the impression that Sans didn't like dogs." She thought about it. "But then again, he did call her well mannered. "heh. yeah sans never has been very fond of dogs, honey is the exception." Shira smiled. "That's good. Um... where are we going again?" Papyrus snorted. "the library. i haven't read anything in a good while, it's not like i can see words." She rubbed sleep from her eyes. "Then how do you read Sans to sleep every night?"
"i memorized fluffy bunny word for word." Was Papyrus simple answer. "Oh. Guess that makes a bit of sense. How do you know when to turn the page?" He chuckled. "i don't. i just pace myself to make it look believable."

The couple got to browsing and reading when they got there. For awhile they both read on their own, Papyrus reading on human anatomy, biology, and quantum physics. Nashira read more fiction and fantasy things, throwing herself into worlds of magic, stereotypical monsters (not to be confused with her friends and boyfriend), and occasionally romance, which Nashira all but skipped over because ew she preferred the real thing. The real thing being her sitting comfortably in his lap, at least for the moment. "Nashira? PAPYRUS!?" The pair looked up from their books to see an all to familiar green and yellow clad child with wide red eyes. "Uh-oh, busted." Shira joked, shutting her book. "mm, i don't think so. we got nothing to hide." Papyrus replied, magicking the books to a nearby table. Asgore had caught up by then. "Oh my, howdy Papyrus, Nashira. Are you two.." Shira pointedly snuggled deeper into Papyrus while he wrapped his arms around her. "yep." The goat and the human beamed. "Well congratulations, both of you. May you make each other happy." They both said their thanks. "Hey you looking for books too?" Chara smiled. "No, dad is reading for some children this afternoon and I tagged along."
"huh. maybe we will sit in too. whatdya think, starlight?"
"Why not?" She agreed.
