Mockingjay padded into the leaders and deputies den. Bloomstar was laying on her moos bed. She looked up. " Yes mockingjay, what do you need?" Bloomstar asked sitting up and facing mockingjay.
" Its nothing Bloomstar, you may go back to sleep." Mockingjay told her as she padded to her moss bed.
" I can sent you have something improtant to say, but you won't tell me; Why?" Boomstar padded over to Mockingjay and sat.
" I... I'm expecting." mockingjay said slowly. She was scared Bloomstar wouldn't approve and she wouldn't be deputy anymore because of her pregnancy. Her leader shot up with rage. Mockingjay put her tail between her legs in shame.
" Whos kits are they? Why would you do this? Deputies cannot have kits and you know that." Bloomstar said surprisingly calm.
" Its a...He's a loner,"Mockingjay paused and looked into her leaders eyes," Its stripes kits. the one that saved me from the twolegs before I became deputy."
" This doesn't explain why you would do this, Mockingjay, you should have known not to mate with him, and especially when he is a loner. "
"I know Bloomstar, and I'm terribly sorry, but it wasn't supposed to happen." Mockingjay looked at her paws. "Does this mean i'm no longer deputy?" she asked. Bloomstar was silent for a while. she was lost in thought.
" No, you are still deputy, and hope you understand that you won't be able to go out of camp until the kits are born and become apprentices." Bloomstar finally said.
" Yes , Bloomstar I highly understand." Replied mockingjay. Bloomstar went back to her moss bed as Mockingjay lay her head down. A while after lost in thought of the kits and Stripe she fell asleep.

Mockingjay is in the nursery with 3 kits by her side. Their names were Whisperkit, Featherkit and Stormykit. But something was wrong and niether Dogpelt norLoyalpaw could figure it out.The next day, Stripe came into the clan to see his kits.
" How are you doing, Stripe?" Mockingjay asked Stripe as they walked out of the camp. Dogpelt was watching the kits so the 2 could talk and catch up on things.
" I've been well, Mockingjay. I've been thinking about asking Bloomstar if I could join Frostyclan. I was thinking we could mentor them if she says its okay for me to join." Stripe smiles at Mockingjay. " Plus i wanted to spend more time with you."
" That would be great! It would be good for the kits and both of us. I think it would be nice if~" Mockingjay was cut off when she heard her name. Loyalpaw was running towards her and Stripe. He looked stressed.
" Mockingjay, Mockingjay! You have to come back to the camp!" He said frantically.
" Whats happened? Is it Bloomstar?" she asked jumping up. Bloomstar was very old and she knew one of these days she was going to go up to starclan.
" Bloomstar is fine. Its your kits! We have to hurry!" Loyalheart said and ran towards camp. mockingjay followed and looked back to see if stripe was following. he wasn't there. she kept running and ran into camp. she ran to the medicine cats den to find Dogpelt crouching over Featherkit and Stormykit. The kits weren't breathing.
" What has happened to my kits?!" Mockingjay crouched down and buried her nose into her kits.
" I turned my back for a second, Mockingjay,a second and I heard them yelp.i came to see what had happened and~" she sighed. " i tried so desperately hard to keep them alive mockingjay and i failed." Dogpelt stared at the kits. the image burned into her head.
"Where is Whisperkit?" Mockingjay asked, but Dogpelt wasn't listening. Images flashed into Dogpelts head. Mockingjay was nealt beside Bloomstar sharing tongues but Bloomstar didn't move. She saw a kit and Mockingjay in the nursery along with herself with kits, and Rainbowheart as well. Dogpelt's vision cleard and she saw Mockingjay sharing tounges for the last time with her kits.
" Mockingjay, starclan has spoken." Dogpelt said staring off into the sky.
" What did they say?" Mockingjay asked Dogpelt not daring to look away from her kits thinking they would vanish in seconds like they had earlier.
" They have said multiple things." Dogpelt paused " Shadowblood will be your hero. more kits will come. and ~" She stopped herself before saying more.
" Yes Dogpelt, what is it?"
"There will be a great sickness in frostyclan which will make you leader very, very soon."
