He had avoided those darn officers for so long, even with his lack of subtly. And yet, it hadn't been him yelling, "going ghost!" and running away from his responsibilities that got him caught. Because no one cared that Yosh was not normal. But daaaaaaang, he had assets.
He had that beehive style and wanted kronk bad, but at least he ate normal food.
