If your ever feeling down, don't keep your feelings to yourself it isn't healthy. There's atleast one person in life that you will find to talk to, like for example, if you're having trouble with focusing in because you're Brain is reminding you of the past or you remember somthing bad that happened to you in the past there's always someone to talk to. Even if it's online, in school or at home there's a person you can talk to like me or a friend so try your best to be yourself :)
