James. (Will's Dad)
"I'm so worried." Kate said for the tenth time, "Our baby girl could be anywhere, James. Anywhere! She's seventeen! Why would she run away?" My wife was now on the verge of tears.
"It's okay hunny - she's probably just stayed the night at a friends house or at a hotel." I spoke softly, running my hand along my wife's back as she continued to sob.
I was also pretty terrified about what my little girl was doing right now, but I had faith in her that she wouldn't have just run away without having somewhere to go.
"What if she was kidnapped? What if she was killed? What if she's being tortured right now? What if she's bee-" She instantly cute herself off and I knew exactly why, it wasn't rocket science.
"Shhh, don't think like that, Kate." I spoke and pulled her into my arms. I hated seeing my wife upset, I hated seeing my kids upset, I hated seeing anyone upset in general.
She cried in my arms for another few minutes before we heard the front door opening and Kate instantly shot out of my arms, running towards the door, me shortly after her.
Once I reached the hallway I noticed that Kate had wrapped her arms around someone, and I instantly recognised her from the pink her. I smiled brightly, now knowing that my little girl was safe and sound.
As soon as Kate let her go I went in to hug her but she just backed away nervously and glanced at the door, where I couldn't see. I walked forward to see Will standing there with a blank expression on his face.
I smiled at him and he gritted his teeth, standing up straight and walked towards me, now right in front of me. "What the fuck." He spoke with a low tone, making me wonder what the hell was going on.
"You think it's okay to hit girls, huh?" Will spoke and I furrowed my eyebrows. "Seventeen year old girls?" His voice got louder with that and I now just realised what he was talking about. She told...
"Well, its not." Will spoke and stood over me, I was rather short... "Especially your daughter - you honestly can't go more wrong than that, father." Will spoke with venom.
I glanced at Logan to see she had her arms wrapped around herself, her hand holding a rather obvious dark blue mark on her thin arm. I felt really bad for what I had done to my only daughter but that didn't seem to affect him.
He hit me. He hit me. My SON just hit me.
My hand instantly went to cover my jaw and I kept in the yelp of pain. Damn, my boy could hit.. too bad it was me he hit. Kate instantly rushed to my side and looked at my jaw as Will stared down at me, not affected by that at all.
I deserved more than that, I hurt my daughter and left marks on her pale skin, I needed to be punished. How the hell could I do that to my own daughter? I'm so stupid. Ugh.
"Logan is going to stay with me from now on. She obviously isn't safe in this house." Will spoke with absolute disgust in his voice and I was about to protest when I realised he was probably right. I couldn't risk her safety like that.
I nodded my head slowly, my eyes clouding up with tears. I had ruined both my relationships with my kids, I only had my wife left now and i'm pretty sure she was giving up on me too.
"Good." Will spoke dryly.

Logan.
I followed Will up the stairs as he pulled on my wrist. I was so happy Will was moving me into his house, ever since Dad hit me, I have been scared of him. He loses his temper quite easily and that necessarily isn't his fault but he doesn't have to take it out on me.
"Here." Will tossed me down my suitcase from on top of my wardrobe and I zoned back in, now to be standing beside my bed in my room, staring into space. "Pack whatever you want, we'll get the rest of your stuff later" Will ran a hand through his hair.
"Uhm, okay..." I spoke quietly and walked over to my drawers, grabbing a bunch of crap and throwing it into my suitcase. I grabbed a few bras and crap and shoved them in as Will grabbed my other, smaller suitcase and placed it on the bed.
He started to help me pack, grabbing a bunch of random stuff and shoving it in. I just wanted to be out of this house as soon as I could. I opened the other suitcase and shoved my laptop, my laptop charger, a bunch of headphones and three phone chargers in there - I had bought spare chargers because they always break easily as heck.
Soon later, Will and I were done packing and he picked up my larger suitcase, dragging it down the stairs behind him. I picked the smaller suitcase up and lifted it as I walked down the stairs so I didn't damage anything.
As I reached the bottom of the stairs, I noticed my mum reaching out to touch Will as he looked away and turned his cheek on my mother.. I don't really blame him after what she did... or rather didn't do.
"Logan.." She spoke softly and I just looked away from her with my eyes trailing along the ground as I avoided her gaze. It was over and done with now, I was now going to live with my brother, who I actually trust not to hit me. Oh God.
