Hihi! Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Sorry it's been a little while since I updated the story, I will try to update faster now. Also, I started reading the manga to demon slayer, and I realized I got a few scenes wrong so sorry!

(Y/N)'s POV:
I was making food for Muichiro-kun and I when I heard a pecking sound at my window. I look and I see Shinobu's crow, En, there so I open the window and let her in. I was slightly worried on why Shinobu would send her crow and not come to my estate herself.
"En? Did Shinobu send you? Is she ok?" En perches on my shoulder and I notice that she has a piece of paper tied to her leg. I take it and read it.
"Greetings (Y/N)!! I have great news to share with you, please come to the Butterfly mansion ASAP!"
I read the note and smiled. I gave En a few nuts, that I usually have laying around for Akemi, before she flies away. I finish cooking and then eat with Muichiro-kun before he leaves. I put my hair up and put the butterfly pin in my hair that Shinobu gave me before I became a demon slayer.
I leave my estate and go to the Butterfly Estate. When I finally get there I enter through the gates and see Shinobu with a familiar girl. It was Kanao. I smiled when I saw her. She had gone to final selection a week ago, I was nervous for her but when I saw her I went up to her and hugged her.
"Kanao is officially apart of the corps now (Y/N)! Isn't that the greatest news ever?" I let go of Kanao and nod to what Shinobu said. I congratulate her and Shinobu invites us inside to celebrate the return of Kanao and that she was officially apart of the corps.
~A few weeks later~
I was training near my estate when Akemi came and perched himself on my shoulder, he told me there was a mission with Giyu and Shinobu on a mountain. It was reported that many demon slayers were being killed and that there were multiple strong demons there. I leave my estate and see Shinobu . We leave together.
Once we get to the mountain we saw Giyu. He was looking at some demon slayers who have passed away from battle.
"We're you acquainted with any of these demon slayers? There don't seem to be any survivors around here."Shinobu says before I speak, Giyu stayed quiet. "We were informed that several of the newer Mizunoto had joined the battle, to combat these demons but..they all might be dead by now, don't you think?" I say. Giyu finally speaks up.
"Let's go." He says and we start to leave. While we were running Shinobu was talking to Giyu about how since they were given a joint mission they should try to get along. He just said that his only concern was slaying demons. Shinobu suggests that we should split up, she wants me to go with her from the west and Giyu decides to go another way. We then split up.
Shortly after Shinobu and I split up with Giyu we find a small hut suspended in the air. We see that there is someone on top of it and we quickly go up. Once we get to the person we discover it's a boy. He had electric yellow hair and a yellow haori with white triangles on it. Shinobu speaks up. "Hello there! Are you alright?" He clearly seemed to be strucgling to breathe and doesn't reply.
