29. Look At The Mess You've Made, Stop Raining On Her Parade

Well, that sucked.

Sotiria, Reminisce, Khalifa and Josiah had just finished watching this video that Khalifa had found online about Jackson.

It was about Jackson waking up from his coma, and wanting to seek revenge on Darius and Lilibet for putting him in a coma.

He didn't know who they were, although the police were still looking for them. If Khalifa had known that the video would have been so dark then he wouldn't have played it for sure.

"Y'all, I'm sorry, I didn't know." Khalifa had apologised, turning his laptop away from them. "I should have double checked or something, but that didn't cross my mind on time."

"It's fine," Sotiria had interrupted. "At least we found something."

Something bad? Yes. Though it was still something regardless.

Gosh, what were they going to do now?

Jackson wanted revenge on his family. So that probably meant all chances were blown if Sotiria, Zipporah and Savannah wanted to find him somewhere somehow.

"Not all hope is lost," Reminisce had realised when she had seen how devastated Sotiria had looked. "Khalifa, when was that video made?"

He actually didn't know, that was until he had found out that it was made 5 years ago when Jackson was sixteen.

"Just because it was five years ago doesn't mean that he has forgotten about it," Khalifa had inputted. "This isn't something anyone can easily forget."

"Let's just look for the most evidence that he's alive," Josiah had suggested. "Because if he's dead then none of this research would be worth it. No offence, Sotiria."

Once again, it had taken a while for them to find something, because somehow typing Jackson Campbell on Google barely gave them any results.

Any recent results anyway.

The most recent one it had seemed was the fact that he had woken up from his coma five years ago, although that was it.

When all hope was lost, Reminisce had found something, almost yelling it out until she had realised that they were at the library.

"Jackson is still alive," she had let all of them know when Josiah had asked her how she knew that. "But there's good news and bad news."

The good news was that he was still alive like Reminisce had just said, and she had found out how Darius had put him in a coma.

He had put this drug in his drink that would have made him enter a coma. Jackson didn't know there was a drug inside.

Also, even though Jackson had some mental illnesses and disabilities when he was younger, they had slowly gotten better - but were still there.

His patience had gotten worse too.

The bad news however was the fact that Jackson was currently in jail. He used to be in a mental hospital but his behaviour was so bad there that he had ended up killing someone.

He got arrested after, most especially how he was too difficult to handle at the mental hospital. He had been arrested for murder and he was still in jail.

His sentence was 15 years. He had only been there for 2.

"Does it say what prison he's in?" Josiah wanted to know wisely.
