Derek Shepherd 32 leader of the Italian Mafia ever since his father passed it on to him. He gets basically everything he wants all he has to do is ask...sometimes take but he isn't a bad person he actually a family guy. Very close to his family he has four sisters with nine nieces and five nephews.
He is very close to his parents especially his father but his mother likes to drag him around with his sisters. He has always wanted a family with a wife and atleast four or three children but that hasn't happened since the last women he was involved with Renee just wanted his money.
