"Bo, Sean, have some more dumplings! They're your favorite," Jessica insisted, placing another plate in front of them.

"Thanks, Mrs. Lan, these are amazing!" Sean exclaimed between bites, savoring the flavors.

"Jess or Jessica would do fine Sean. No need to be so formal."

"Alrighty Jess." Both grinned at each other

"Sean, ever tried bubble tea?"

"Alright, we're going on a quick adventure. Jessica, you in?" Bo asked, already knowing the answer.

Jessica laughed. "Of course! Lead the way, adventurer Bo."

The trio ventured out to a nearby bubble tea shop, where they shared stories and enjoyed the sweet concoctions. Sean couldn't help but appreciate the genuine warmth of the Lan family.
