Most compare the eyes of a loved one to stars in the night sky,
Far off and distanced from the earth, twinkling like gems

But I describe yours as the sun itself
Just another star in the sky, but burning brighter,
Fueled by passion and determination
Enough heat to burn me alive from the inside.

Though just another star, it's mere existence determines the survival of the earth, of which circles the flame.

Never able to grow closer for fear of withering away in it's aura, I watch from afar and try not to be blinded by the sheer magnificence I witness every waking moment

Unable to breath in the realm of which you roam, the ignorant sleeps and dreams of a world in which they may lie in the flames and be engulfed.
