About fasting-

It ain't healthy-

Ik.

My parents forced it onto me and I guess I lost braincells-

So imma be talking about a healthier way

That is called exercising:)

It's hard at times-

Especially since ppl can get discouraged.

But for weight loss I have a few that should help:

1. Squats

2. Sit-ups

3. Jogging/running

4. Cycling

5. Swimming*apparently it also helps*

6. Yoga

7. Pilots

They should all be able to help.

All in their own way:)
