There are always those kinds of days when you know you have to get out of bed, but you just don't want to. There is not motivation! Who wants to start a day that you already know is going to be awful. You wish you could just, sleep through the day with no consequences. Well, this is one of those days.

I woke up, and I think I must of have a nightmare, since my pillow wasn't on my bed, my red hair was tangled in one big knot, and I felt like I had dry water on my face. It's like the feeling on your face when you are crying, but you don't bother to wipe away the tears. I wonder what I was dreaming about.

Well, I should up out of bed, put on my green jump suit and knee high boots, and tied my mess of hair in a pony tail. I stared at myself in the mirror and began to mouth the words that I would say to Comet and my family about my plan.

"We are going to Earth to try to escape from the Ellg. The people their must know how to stop them, they did it before." I stopped there. With Comet I wouldn't even get a syllable after the word, Earth.

I looked at myself once more in the mirror. My purple eyes stared back at me and hair blended so nicely. My hair wasn't all red, since when I was small and declared royalty the ends of my hair was died a light green. Light green, the color of life, the rich color, the royal and rare color. In all my life, I have only seen about 5 strands of light green grass. It is so rare, yet so beautiful.

"You're up early." I heard from the hallway. It was Comet.

"So are you." I answered back. "Why are you up?" I asked.

"Why are you up?" He asked.

"Ok, ok we aren't starting this again. I'm the Queen and I just feel like I should be ready before anyone else is, that's all."

"Yeah, no one likes a Queen who still needs her mom to wake them up, do they?"

I gave a chuckle, but then I looked back at the mirror and touched my skin. I looked like a kid. I look 13, when I am actually 16.

"Well, I was just on my way to check on our life support systems." Comet started to walk over towards the control room. He would find out when he checked our system on where we were headed.

I looked in the mirror, took a deep breath and ran over to him.

"Comet. Before you go in there I have to tell you something important."

"What?" He asked.

"Well, I...I have selected a planet to settle on temporarily." I said.

"Oh, well I want to know all the details about it before you plan out the course."

Great, now I'm going to get it. "I, I already plan out the course sir, in fact we are heading there right now."

Comet looked shocked.

"What! Where are we going!" He yelled.

"We're going to Earth, but before you." I said.

"Earth...are you INSANE? That planet is alone in it's own solar system! There are no other planets for trade, they fight in civil wars, and they have barely set a foot in space! They've only gone to their moon, which was pointless since there was no people on it to meet! I expected more from you, Aurora, and trust me, I didn't expect much!"

"But they..."

"No, I am over riding your order." Comet said, he began to walk towards the control room, but I squeezed in front of him.

"The Ellg were there once before." I said.

"Ya think?" Comet said, pushing me out of the way.

"And some how, Earth escaped them! There is still life on that planet, they are the only planet left in their solar system!"

He didn't say anything.

"They must have a way. A plan, a machine, an army, something more powerful than the Ellg, and we need to get it from them!"

Comet put his hand on his head.

"OOhh..." he sighed, "Just when you think she can't get any more stupid she says something completely irrelevant!" He whispered as if he was talking to someone else.

"Look," I began

"No, you look." He said. "People on Earth barely have the technology to get to the moon. They couldn't possibly have something that could scare off a merciless species like the Ellg." Comet said, as cancelled out my order. Oh...how I longed to punch him right in the face.

"Aurora, I told you that as the supervisor I can remove you from the thrown." He looked down at me, and I gave him the most evil look I could give. But to him, he found it amusing.

"Ha, you look a kid who had just been told that they couldn't have anymore dessert." He laughed.

Alright that was it! That was it! I'm not a kid! This is my thrown!

I opened my mouth, but I feared that if I said something foolish, or even more childish, he would just fine me that much more amusing.

"If we don't go to Earth than where do we go?" I asked.

Honestly I think that he was completely clueless on where we should go.

"Keep up your studies, and if we can't find a place, we'll just return back to see if they've passed." Comet said, then he walked away, and patted my head as he passed me.

"I don't want to see you in this room again." He said, as he left me to myself.

I was so short that my head came up to his stomach. I look so young, he tells me I look a child wanting sweets, or a kid who has to keep up their studies.

That's it. This ends now. This has gone too far. This will end, by mutatiny.
