I wasn't like many other kids. I didn't get raised by a caring mother and a supportive father. Nor did I grow up with a loving family.
Perhaps... I never grew up.
Although my parents were never really there for me, I did learn one thing from them. That this world we live in is cruel. Everyone is blinded by their own greed. That people you trust can change in a matter of seconds if the other side befits them more. In Elementary school I had one friend, no more than that. I trusted her. Well let's just say, after that 'incident' I trusted no one anymore.
"Well, my name is Luna." I said looking around. Facing myself with some strange kids. It was my senior year of high school. Most kids would be having the time of their lives. Going to parties, finding love, overall making 'happy' memories. But that's the thing. I don't do 'happy'.
I've lived all my life in the kind of place you wouldn't want to go to at night. In short, I lived in an alleyway. An alleyway in the darkest place of down town. Many people don't even know that there are house's in that area. Some people even call it 'D.W'. It stands for 'Dead Walk' implying once you enter, you won't come back out.
It might sound scary at first. But once you've lived there long enough people will start recognizing you, and besides it's all I ever knew growing up. Most people there have known me since I was 2. It's hard to imagine but, the most wanted gangsters treat me like a baby. They're almost the family I never really had.
"Luna? Luna? LUNA!?" I snapped out of my day dreaming and turned around to see my teacher Ms. Ruby, looking angrily at me. "sorry?" I mumbled and started walking towards my seat. Ms. Ruby as known for being strict and she could catch even the slightest of a whisper. It was impossible to do anything but sit there and listen during her boring lessons. But of course I made myself a mission. A mission to find a way to actually have fun during her lesson.
I quickly grabbed my notebook and opened it. In it were different teachers and their behaviors, routines, and possible ideas of how to mess with them. Yes, this definitely wasn't the first time I had a mission like this. But this definitely was the greatest of them all. And it was about to start off.
