Natalia al Ghul has been trained since she was a child as one of the most deadly assassins in the world. Her sisters Talia and Nylah, and Nyssa have been training with her on and off for centuries. But Natalia and Nyssa have always been by their father's side, furthering his mission of world genocide and never wavering. There is a lot of blood on her hands from the tasks handed out to her father, but her next mission might be the most dangerous.
Bruce Wayne.
In the years after the death of his parents, Bruce Wayne became a troubling billionaire playboy in the city of Gotham. Bruce's need for revenge and finding out who killed his parents stayed with him all the years after their murder.
So Bruce left Gotham and Ariella, his best friend, to journey through Asia until he came upon Nanda Parbat. There, Bruce Wayne met Ra al Ghul and began to train for years as a warrior. It wasn't long before Ra chose to make him his heir, the Head of the Demon. But Bruce changed and defected, leaving the league of assassins. However, you can never truly leave the league, which he would soon find out.
When Bruce Wayne returned to Gotham five years later, the city was overrun by crime and corruption. He decided late one night in his manor to fight corruption as he donned the disguise of a bat and fought crime in his city.
Thus Batman was born.
For a few months, Gotham had a dark knight that protected them and made the once-dangerous city a place of safety and peace. But peace never lasted for very long as a new breed of criminals would rise to take down the dark knight and all others around him.
Natalia left Nanda Parbat with a mission from her father, and her younger sister tagged along to further her training. After a few weeks of living in Gotham, Natalia saw a different side to Bruce that she had never seen before as he fought criminals in the city as a hero.
Natalia tries to complete her mission from her father but at the same time is second-guessing everything she once knew. She was cruel and a dangerous fighter, as her father intended. But for once in forever, Natalia didn't want to be her father's daughter but something else.
A force for good.
When Natalia was a baby, her father made her into a monster. He threw her into the Lazarus pit to try and save her life as she was stillborn. Her father thought that because he used the Lazarus pit for all of his life, it would bring back his daughter the same way it did him.
However, it did that and more. It changed Natalia, making her a weapon her father needed to further his empire. The Lazarus pit gave Natalia otherworldly abilities, and she had to work to control it every day for centuries. Ra's al Ghul had his weapon, but can you ever control someone who leaves death and destruction in their wake?
As Natalia is thrust into the dark world of Gotham, she will have to choose if staying on her father's path and destroying the world is the right choice. Natalia will need to choose as enemies from her past come to light. Will Bruce Wayne be the beacon of hope that he is for his city or change everything that Natalia once knew about herself?
