Bad Buddy the series [one shot]

KornWai - Bad Buddy

I mean can we talk about the chemistry in the last bad buddy series episode between Korn and Wai?! I mean and they were so vague about who they are dating. So, I had to write a one shot....

Korn walked out of the building accompanied by Pat. "Thanks for using our service." Pat said jokingly formal.

"I just expect 20% from under the table."

"I have some certificate of indebtedness if you are interested."

Korn shook his head and saw that Wai was approaching beside him the costumer who commissioned the temple project. "Pat, you don't have to thank me." Korn nodded in Wai's direction. "You have to thank that architect – converted and suddenly religious."

Korn looked at Wai, he wore a yellow shirt, brown pants and his hair was gelled back. He looked like a well-mannered man with a steady job. If you had told Korn three years ago that he could have thing for nerds, he would have died out of laugher but now - the innocent looking man in front of them proved otherwise.

"You two achieved something. I mean you were enemies in but are now colleagues."

Most of the time Korn couldn't even remember why he had hated Wai. He was now almost sure, that he had been attracted to him in a way he couldn't had handled back then, resulting in hate.

"Even friends." Pat added.

Not just friends. But this official title was for now enough, had to be.

Pat looked at Korn und Wai's back while they lead the way to the café.

Korn, Pat and I exited the café. My phone vibrated in my pocket. "Oh, I have to go. My faen is waiting." Actually I wanted to slap the back of Korn's head for bombarding me with message but well Pat was present. [A/N: I will use the word faen because it can mean boyfriend or girlfriend]

"Three people from my department got already married!" I told them.

"In our only one." Pat put his arm around Korn's shoulder. If I didn't know that they are only platonic friends, I would have been jealous.

"And you Wai when are you getting married?" Pat asked my teasingly, I tried not to look at Korn while and suppressing the smirk which wanted to break free. "Haven't found the courage yet to ask? You and your girlfriend are together for a while now."

"I'm still saving up for the dowry."

"And you Korn?"

"The same still saving up for the dowry. Since my faen's parents are not easy to please and my fean is even harder to do so. "

Before we could deepen the talk into this topic, I decided it would be better if I leave. "I better go, I have to be back at one."

Korn freed himself from Pat's arm and wrapped his instead around mine. "I have to go as well. See you Pat." When we were around the corner, I rammed my elbow into Korn's side. "Can you be even more obvious?! We agreed to keep it a secret!!"
