"Amelia! WAKKKKE UPPPP!" It's the first day of class! Come on!"

Amelia was laying on the floor, in a very awkward position. It must be a wolf thing. Soon, her eyes fluttered open, but she wasn't fully awake yet.

"Ugh, what year is it?" asked Amelia.

"Why, it's 2015 silly! Oh wait, this was an example of what humans call sarcasm, isn't it? I personally don't understand how they can be facetious without seeming serious at the same time. I guess I have a lot to learn!

Amelia groaned, rolling her eyes. "Jessi!"

"Yes?" Amelia didn't answer. She must've been calling my name as a sign to help her. "Are you in need of assistance? You look terrible."

"Gee, thanks... But i don't think you can help. Just tell Mr.Dubet that I can't come to class." Amelia was acting very strange, but she did look sick, so I went to breakfast, then to class.

Mr. Dubet was a very strange man. He was tall, thin, and has the ugliest looking mustache ever. Of course I believe all humans are beautiful, its just... this one was... less. He called out names and when he got around to Amelia, I told him the truth, that she was sick. For some reason though, he gave me a nasty look, like he didn't believe me, but angels can't lie. Maybe he's just really grumpy, like, really grumpy.

Mr. Dubet started the lesson right away. No "Hey, nice to meet you!" or "Let's all get to know each other! What are our hobbies?". That's what I expected, but oh, well. This means more time to learn anyways! His voice droned. The other kids played with their pencils, whispered amongst themselves, or played with their hair. I, however, was intrigued by a humans way of life! Did you know that they cut off the top half of flowers, and give the dying bodies of the plant to their mates? Humans will do many cruel things, like hunting animals ( Just like werewolves! ), or ripping out grass from the earth when they are bored, but that just proves how hardcore they are! Plus, they are capable of huge amounts of love! I could listen about them all day!

Sadly, the class ended. The bell dismissed the kids, but I stayed behind. "Mr. Dubet?" He glared at me, but said nothing, so I continued. "When you discussed sports earlier, you mention the game of football. I was just wondering why the americans call football soccer. Why didn't they name what they call soccer, football and called football soccer? It makes no sense.

"Listen, I am only here to teach you the ways of humans, not why they do what they do. They are random. They do what they want, without a second thought about the consequences of their action. They are apes!"

"I disagree Dubet. I think-'

"What did you just say?"

" I said I disagree. humans are-'

"What I say goes, and unless you want a detention, I would leave this classroom immediately!"

"But-"

"Go!" I left the class, angry at Mr.Dubet.

Instead of going straight to lunch, I went to the dorm to check on Amelia. She was still asleep. I woke her up, and this time she was well enough to get up and go to lunch with me. We both thought it best that I stayed with her, because of her dizziness. We got our lunch, and I sat with her and Ethan. I told Amelia every single detail of the human kindness class. She didn't seem very interested, but we were going to have a quiz, so she listened.

"Attention everyone!" yelled the principal. "We will be having our first weekly exercise game, as it is Friday. You will go to the field outside of the north doors during the time of your usual second hour, This is not optional, however you may play minor parts in the game if you wish. This week, we will be playing capture the flag." Ms. Eldridge left the podium she was standing at.

The freshmans whispered excitedly, but us eight graders had no idea what capture the flag was, so we just sat around uncomfortably.

Ethan broke the silence "Classes are at two, and its one-forty. Do you guys wanna go now and get a head start?"

"Yeah, sure." mumbled Amelia. "Jessica, will you help me up?"

"Allow me." Ethan helped Amelia up. They were both blushing. It was ridiculous.
