Lizzie sighed hesitantly then moved to the side so Hope can come in. Hope sits down in the corner chair while Lizzie gets back on her bed.
Hope took a deep breath "I know this is the worst time to talk about this but-" Hope didn't get to finish Lizzie jumped in "its for the best we are not together." Hope looked shocked at Lizzie but nodded "This isn't just about your father but its about everything you and me especially me." Lizzie was holding back her tears looking at Hope "I didn't think like I usually do with people who want to get close to me how I lose them one way or another with you I didn't care about anything else except you and that was a mistake." Lizzie looked away wiping her eyes "I understand." Hope sighed then moved to the bed in front of Lizzie and took her hand. "I care about you enough to let you go and I know you can let me go too." Lizzie didn't want to answer but she knew Hope was right. "Yea but can we skip the sad part of this?" Hope did the faintest giggle and nodded they both put the foreheads together and then Lizzie lift Hope's head slowly to match hers then pressed gently down on her lips. They kissed slowly and passionately while they taste the other tears Hope pulled away after a minute then before Lizzie could see her crying she left the room Lizzie knew she couldn't follow her. Hope stood out Lizzie's door for a little bit still stunned about how good that kiss was and how upset she was but all that didn't matter at least she will be safer or so she thought. Ethan popped up from the corner "Hope?" She looked at him stunned and quickly wiped her tears "Ethan where did you come from?" He shrugged "I was gonna bring this food to Lizzie." Hope moved from Lizzie's door "Oh she will like it." She said nothing else then left.
"Lizzie its me Ethan!" He knocked on the door Lizzie was already snuggled in her bed thinking over and over about that kiss her and Hope shared which made her smile and cry at the same time. "Go away!" Ethan sighed then slowly opened the door Lizzie flung right up "I told you to go away!" She made wind come through the windows throwing things around. Ethan didn't let the wind or the things flying through the room get to him he sat on her bed and put down the casserole he made "Please I want to talk." Lizzie rolled her eyes and stopped the wind and shut the windows she crossed her arms. "What do you want?" He looked at her pitifully "I haven't a decent conversation with you since you left to go find Hope." Lizzie looked away remembering no one knows about her and Hope except Josie and she wants to keep it that way. "As you know I have been dealing with my father's passing." He nodded and tried to grab Lizzie's hand but she pulled away "I know and I wanted to say sorry." Lizzie scoffed "All people do is apologize its annoying." Ethan didn't know what to say after that so it was a awkward silence till Lizzie picked up the food and took a bite. "Ugh this is disgusting who made this." He almost choked "I did I know I ain't the best cook." Lizzie raised a eyebrow "Much like the worst." She hands the food back to Ethan he just laughed "Yeah I expected that reaction anyway I know you don't want company but there are hilarious things happened when you were gone can I tell them to you?" Lizzie thought about it for a second then cautiously accept.
Hope was on the gym punching the punching box very hard she let all her anger out until the box broke and the sand dropped out. "You must have a lot of anger to do that type of damage." Hope turns around "Who the hell are you?" The woman smiled "My name is Bonnie Bennett." Hope was confused trying to find out where she heard the name before then it came to her the twins mother's best friend and she was in Stefan Salvatore's journals. "You are Ms. Forbes best friend?" Bonnie giggled walking closer to Hope "Yeah I came to visit Caroline and her girls I knew Alaric when I was a teenager he helped me and my friends out a lot." Hope was a little awkward out since in one of the journals she tried to kill her father. "If you are visiting them then why are you in here with me?" She shrugged "I told myself I wouldn't get in this type of lifestyle again but I would feel guilty if a kid as to look over her back every time when I could have done something." Hope had no idea what she was talking about but wanted to run out of there. "This monarch Lena their leader somehow reached out to me because she heard I stopped the hellfire but I wasn't interested. Till I heard they wanted you they want you dead since they can't do that they want to torture you forever." Hope didn't look surprised Bonnie smiled
