Melanie is very busy setting up for a party today since tomorrow is the 4th of july. I watch as she pre cooks the food for her party tomorrow, homemade pretzels, macaroni salad, fruit salad, cookies, chips and dip, a charcuterie board, sliders and cupcakes. I wish I was still alive so I could know what it all tastes like because it all looked so good and I miss eating and being able to savor the food. But I suppose it's not so bad since I don't have to worry about going hungry.
Cooking took Melanie all day so she wasn't done til 7:18 pm and by then everyone was exhausted and wasn't speaking to each other much.
Wednesday July 4th 2018
Today is the 4th of July. The Smith's are celebrating by holding a party at their house. Not much happened during the party. It was just like any other fourth of July party. Everyone got drunk and didn't leave til midnight.
