I sat in the hot pink room in front of my purple vanity
I made a few changes to my makeup applying heavier eye liner and a little more red lipstick to make my lips pop
7/11 by Beyonce blasted in my ears as I used Pandora to relax me so I could focus
I didn't need shots like these other bitches I just needed music
I removed one ear bud to see where the song was out there
There was about 1 minute to 30 seconds left
I removed both ear buds putting the phone into my lock box
I bent over and touched my toes and did a few more stretches each for 10 seconds before LA came down the stairs
She stumbled into the room "Ayo its yo time boo" She hugged me an stumbled to her vanity
I teased my curly weave and walked up the dark steps
When I reached the top I stopped at the beginning of the stage
"Looks like we have a full house again this Friday!" The announcer yelled into the mic then began talking about some drink deals and discounts
I relaxed myself
It was too dark to see anything but I could tell there was a lot of people here as usual
They said Im a main attraction thats why these other bitches hate me but aye I do me
"Now lemme stop running my mouth and Ill open the doors"
The doors opened slowly and the light shined at my destination at the end of the stage
I took a few steps
