Me and Jake lean closer and closer and then...
RING RING
"Mya sweetheart its time to get up its your first day of school." I groan and sit up and rub my eyes so I can see clearly. I get out of bed and walk to the bathroom, I'm in there for like 20 seconds then head out and head to my room and lock the door. I change into an old pair of jeans, a light button up plaid shirt, some boots, and braid my hair. "MYA SCHOOL STARTS IN 20 MINUTES!" My mom yells from the bottom of the stairs "OKAY!" I yell back before I go i look in the mirror to see how my hair looks and head down the stairs. Breakfasg is waiting for me on the table I don't have that much time so i grab a few pieces of bacon and head to the bus stop. I wait for what seems like hours but is only 2 minutes and get on the bus. Everybody is staring at me and whispering i dont know what about but probalby about me. After i finally find a seat a girl that sits right in front of me turns around and says, "Hey nice boots where did you get them losers are us?" I point my finger and tell her to come closer so i can tell her sonething then i say, " hey where did you get your shirt kids are us?" She just gives me the death glare and turns around and continues to talk to her friends the kids behind me say something like 'shes going to kill her' and 'shes so brave no one ever does that to her'. After what seems like hours of the bus ride we finally arrive at school and i ask the lady at the office for my regisration. I go to all my morning classes and finally when lunch comes around the corner i take one step into the lunch room and guess what.. yep everyobe stares and talks about me all except my good friend Lindsey and her other friend Sam. "Hey guys" i say as i sit next to my friend William "Hey i heard you back sassed Alexa on the bus." "Yeah i did she deserved it she was being mean to me anyways someones gotta stick up to her." I say opening my chocolate milk and taking a big gulp out of it. When lunch is over we only have 2 more classes to go to Math and Science and both of those classes are with Alexa. I walk into the math room and see Alexa staring at me. It seems like hours until we get to Science but after thats done my friend William is driving me home. The day is over and me and William sit in the car and talk about pur first day when we finally arrove at my hpuse he turns around and says, "Mya i was wondering if you would wabt to go to 8th Grade Graduation with me?" He asks and my heart skips a beat I like this guy named Jake in our school but he the "popular" guy in the school i know he doesnt like me and hes probalby already going with Alexa but i guess i could go with William after all hes kinda cute to be honest. So i say, "sure itll be fun." He gived me a smile and i walk to my front porch turn around and wace goodbye to William. The next day was better than the first we went to a horse farm and I bought my very own horse a beautiful paint mare and named her Rain she was 7 months pregnant and when i brought her home my parents were shocked to see a horse standing in our field. "Shes so beautiful." My mom said stroking her mane and kissing her forehead. "Well im gping to gonsaddle her up and go ride her." Isay heading over to the tack room and i grab a saddle pad, saddle, and bridle. "Hey girl" I coo walking up slowly next to her neck and I wrap my arms around her big neck and give her a big hug. She puts her head down on my shoulder as if she were giving one back.
Two years past and on the first year my parents had died in a car accident i was in my last year of high school and it was going great. Rain had ber baby and it was a girl but she had to give her up. Me and Rain were in 20 competitions and we were great in all of them we won first but we will be starting our 21st this weeks and were quite nervous about it. I eat diner and think abput my parents and pray they will be okay but we have our last competition this week I'm going against an old friend of mine named Alexa and she has a horse that was a wild mustang and its name is Wolf hes a grey dapple and hes absolutely gorgeous but propalby cant jump as high or as good as Rain can the only problem Rain has is jumping over the oxers but well get that in before the competition. After 4 days of school tomorrow is the competition and ibthink were ready for the competition and after i pray and eat i go to bed and the next morning after a long day at school its finally time to go win that medal i dont really care if we win or loose the only thing i care about is if we do our best thats the best reward ever i always tell Rain that vefore every competition and she does just fine after the announces call out Alexa and Wolf's name me and Rain are up we do just fine until we get to the oxers i lean down and tell Rain just how we practiced it ecer though we did horrible in our practice we go over one ofvthe easier ones and the last just is rigjt in front of us before i can do anything Rain does her best and jumps perfectly over it and doesnt knock it over. The crowd goes wild and when the announcers are done anoouncing the second place winner it leaves me and alexa neck and neck for first so i look at her and say, "Make the best person be with you." I smile lightly after wards wich really ticks her off and the announcers say the first places name and guess who it is.........
ITS ME yep i won first place and im happy about it too.
